On the 1st floor compared to the front door, comprising an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room (a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Staged garden with staircase. Parking in the tarmac courtyard of the closed property. 4.5 km from Lac d'Aiguebelette, house in a fenced property with a staged garden. Spacious cottage completely renovated giving a lot of light and brightness. Very clear view of the countryside. Private outdoor space with garden furniture. Possibility to store bicycles in the owners' personal garage. The cottage is a non-smoking area for the respect of everyone. Bus stop 550 m for the Lépin-le-lac train station shuttle. Discover another face of Savoie! The Au Crétet cottage is a starting point to discover this territory of hills, gentle mountains and Lake Aiguebelette. For a relaxing stay, let yourself be lulled by the rocking of the basket in a pleasantly flowery garden.

Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung bei netten Leuten, wir waren zu zweit und haben zwei Schlafzimmer gehabt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden um gut kochen zu können. Es fehlte an nichts. Einziger Nachteil sind die schrägen Wände für große Personen eher schlecht. Der See ist drei Kilometer entfernt und toll zum Baden. Einkäufe sind in 8 km zu erreichen
