Detached house: on the ground floor the living room opening onto the terrace and the garden (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed), bathroom (shower and laundry room) and separate toilet. Gite with air conditioning. On the 1st floor: family room (1 double bed 140x190 cm and 1 single bed 90x190 cm). Private parking (2 spaces) and large private garden. In the heart of the wine-growing countryside and a few steps from the charming little fishing lake of Saint André, the Gîte du Rocher immerses you in the heart of a heli farm. Sit down facing the vineyard and let your imagination wander along the surrounding peaks. The owners will show you their activity and visit their snail park. Isabelle and Laurent welcome you to the heart of their farm, at the crossroads of the Savoy and Isère Alpine valleys, in a former garage completely transformed into a residential home. The view is magnificent, the location charming, ideal for cycling, hiking, and exploring the vineyards towards the lakes. In winter, you can choose between the resorts of Belledonne, Les Bauges, or Chartreuse.
