Cozy and romantic vacation home with private garden, communal pool and large covered terrace in front of the house where you can spend your relaxing evenings! Some sun loungers and a private barbecue are also at your disposal! This house is part of a larger property that also includes the owner's house and a renovated barn (ITP224), as well as games for adults and children and the pool, which is located in a part of the garden shared with accommodation ITP224. The accommodation is located in a rather convenient position, as the center of the village , where you can find the main services, can also be reached by bike via a bike path (1 km), while in the nearby stores you can buy the exquisite local products. Surrounded by medieval villages such as Vicopisano, Calci with its majestic Charterhouse and Lari with its castle, you are also in an ideal position to visit Pisa, which is only 17 km away, Lucca (26 km) and Florence (60 km). A tip for nature and trekking lovers: a hike on the Serra mountain, from which you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea! To complete your romantic vacation, pamper yourself in the afternoon in the thermal baths that are numerous in this area: Bagni di Pisa, Casciana Terme and Terme di Uliveto (they offer customized packages!
