Court + field in common. A carport. Possibility to store bikes in the garage of the owner. Ski Revard 15 km, la Féclaz 22 km. Baths Aix les Bains 2 km. Swimming pool and Lake bourget 4 km. Strong House of character of the 16th century renovated in 2km from the centre of AIX and 4km from the Lake. At the exit of the village on the road to the massif des Bauges. Good comfort. Beautiful private terrace (36 m²). Large carefully landscaped and flowered garden. Pleasant Prairie countryside setting. Beautiful panoramic views of the countryside and the massif des Bauges. In the heart of the Aix countryside between lake and mountain! 15km from the slopes (Savoie Grand Revard) and 3km from Aix-les-Bains, famous spa and seaside town, classified as "Art and History". Ideally located between the Bauges Regional Park and Lake Bourget (largest natural lake in France). Magnificent garden very neat and flowery. Perfect destination to discover the region!
