Traditional cottage planks lined and heated (according to the rental period). It is an F2 with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful room under the roof on the 1st floor.
On the ground floor: Shower room, fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, extractor fan.
Living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people (Rapido) TV with internet, HIFI, WIFI.
Upstairs: Large bedroom that can be used with a large bed of 160 x 200 or two beds of 80 x 200. Bed linen and duvets are provided at no extra charge.
The sun terrace is 30 m2. It is located south: Table, chairs, large electrically operated awning, sunbathing, barbecue.
Parking is available on the enclosed grounds.

We immensly enjoyed our stay in this lovely and cosy chalet. The view was marvelous and we felt that we found exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for at this time of the year (this was a winter visit).The hosts were welcoming, and the chalet is warm and well equipped, with everything as described.

Idéal pour ceux qui aiment le calme en pleine nature

Conçu pour 2 personnes, ce chalet est plein de charme pour ceux qui aiment vivre loin du bruit et qui cherchent la nature plutôt que la ville. Les paysages aux alentours sont superbes et le lac n'est vraiment pas loin. Nous avons vraiment été séduits

Mooie vakantie aan het meer van Annecy.

We hebben weer genoten van de prachtige omgeving. Het chalet was prima. Het is een prachtige omgeving voor wandelen in de bergen, fietsen en zwemmen in het meer van Annecy. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar !!

Prima chalet in een mooie bergachtige omgeving

Het is een prachtige omgeving en mooi chalet. We hebben er heerlijk gefietst, in de bergen gewandeld en gefietst en prachtige tochten met de auto gemaakt door de bergen. In de meer, dat vlakbij het huisje ligt kun je heerlijk zwemmen. Kortom, twee weken heerlijk genoten.

Séjour parfait

Le chalet est très confortable et idéalement placé dans une zone très calme. Non, il n'est pas hanté la nuit! C'est simplement le bois qui travaille lors des changements de température. Il est vrai que cela demande une accoutumance. Les hôtes sont super et ne demande qu'à vous être agréables. Merveilleux séjour.

le chalet porte bien son nom , car c est un bonheur d y séjourner.ON arrive, déja les lits sont faits, ce qui est bien agréable, le linge toilette, torchons sont fournis,et puis , il ne manque rien, on peut cuisiner , mixer une soupe , faire une tarte , manger une raclette,la literie est tres confortable, les proprietaires savent etre discrets , mais se tiennent a notre disposition , si l on n a besoin d un renseignement.le chalet est coconning,bien décoré , on se sent bien et on passerait bien une semaine de plus , a recommander , j ,y retournerais avec plaisir .

Ideal for exploring Lac d'Annecy and its environs

Excellent clean and comfortable accommodation. The owners are very friendly and discrete. The location near Doussard is at the quiet end of the Lac d'Annecy, and is very tranquil. But it's well-placed for exploring the beautiful area - by car, cycle, boat and on foot. Thoroughly recommended!

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, très bon séjour dans cette région que nous ne connaissions pas. La location parfaite mais attention il n’y a qu une chambre sur l annonce il y est précisé deux. Adresse à partager et garder. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Merci pour votre appréciation positive. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il était indiqué 2 chambres ? Par contre à chaque fois qu'il y a plus de 2 personnes, nous les informons du fait qu'il n'y a qu'une chambre et un canapé dans le séjour. Je vais corriger la fiche Abritel.

Très agréable séjour à Lathuile, au bout du lac d'Annecy, chez Guy et Stéphanie Lecomte

Voilà un chalet "Bonheur" qui ne vole pas son nom ! Spacieux pour deux personnes, bien équipé, dans un état de propreté impeccable, entouré d'un jardin et agrémenté d'une terrasse avec vue sur le lac, situé idéalement et à quelques pas d'un excellent restaurant avec plage privée appelé "Chez ma cousine", ce chalet, en plus de l'accueil des propriétaires, Guy et Stéphanie Lecomte, a fait notre bonheur pendant une quinzaine de jours que nous n'oublierons pas, dans une région où tout est à découvrir, du Reblochon fermier au lait cru aux sommets impressionnants nous rappelant à plus d'humilité !

Joli chalet bien aménagé. La cuisine est très bien équipée et le salon agréable à vivre avec son canapé confortable, ses fauteuils et ses deux grandes baies vitrées. À l’étage une grande pièce mansardée de belles proportions. Le tout est d’une propreté remarquable. Les propriétaires voisins sont attentifs à nos besoins. De plus, ils nous ont invité un soir pour l’apéritif et offert du muguet le 1er mai. Ils nous font confiance en ne faisant pas l’état des lieux lors de notre départ. Tout cela est bien agréable. Un seul bémol pour nous qui recherchons la solitude en vacances: la proximité des 2 maisons, le chalet des propriétaires et le nôtre.

Chalet tout confort pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux en famille avec nos 2 filles (9 et 12 ans). Nous recherchions pour nos vacances une location où l'on se sent bien, comme à la maison... ce chalet est plein de charme et d'une propreté irréprochable. Rien ne manque. Tout est bien pensé. Nous avons séjourné en février par un temps extraordinaire mais malgré les nuits fraîches le chalet est très bien isolé et bien chauffé. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse. Bienveillants mais d'une grande discrétion. Ne connaissant pas la région nous avons pu bénéficier de leurs conseils afin de découvrir des endroits sublimes où nous ne serions sûrement pas aller. La situation geographique est idéale... à 500m du lac, à 1/2 heure d'annecy, au pieds des montagnes... l'embarras du choix. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ce chalet porte parfaitement son nom! Un havre de paix dans une région magnifique!!! Merci Stéphanie et Guy pour votre accueil et au plaisir de vous revoir un jour dans notre jolie ville de Langres 😉! Belle continuation à tous les 2.

Comme déjà dit, nous ne sommes pas des professionnels de la location puisque nous ne louons qu'un seul chalet : le "Chalet Bonheur". Notre objectif est de faire en sorte que ceux qui nous ont fait confiance soient heureux tant dans le chalet que lors de leurs découvertes du territoire Savoie Mont-Blanc. Rien ne peux nous faire plus plaisir qu'un tel témoignage. L'inverse est aussi vrai car vous recevoir et échanger avec vous durant cette semaine a été un très grand plaisir pour nous aussi. Why they chose this property

The chalet was originally built for office space; however, the transformation into seasonal rental was simple since we integrated the features into construction. We hired an Annecy contractor to build the Savoy-style chalet.

What makes this property unique

The sunny and quiet area is very close to the lake. We made the chalet as comfortable as if we were using it ourselves, and it has exceptional views of the lake and mountains. Many services and activities are available on site or almost within walking distance (boats to Annecy, beaches, cycle paths to Annecy, walking and hiking trails, tennis courts nearby, Chez ma Cousine restaurant, and more).
