The house was in a perfect location! The pool was a hit with the grandchildren and so was the game room. It accommodated our family very well with plenty of room and it was a very comfortable home. Beautiful setting on the Marsh for our family picture. The kids loved sitting on the dock watching the little crabs. We enjoyed our mornings on the deck with the gorgeous sunrise. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. We would recommend this place!!!

Beautiful wedding weekend

The home was perfect for our family. It is very well-stocked. The outdoor lounge chairs show some wear, but that is to be expected. Gorgeous views and location.

Amazing!

The process of checking in and out of this property was very easy! During the stay we loved the pool and hot tub and the rooms were perfect to sleep in! The property manager answered every question I had and always gave amazing recommendations for things to do around the island! We loved it! Will definitely be renting again:)

We had a wonderful week here! The pool was absolutely beautiful and easily one of the highlights of the property. The kids also loved fishing from the marsh and were thrilled to catch a few catfish.The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everyday essentials, including spices, sugar, olive oil, vinegars, and more. We especially appreciated the thoughtful system of leaving useful items on a designated shelf for the next guests. There were also plenty of beach towels for our large group, and the fresh-cut flowers left by the host were such a lovely and welcoming touch.The game room was a huge hit with the kids, and the sofa was very comfortable for relaxing, although it is quite low to the ground and was difficult for the elderly guests in our group to get in and out of.The wildlife around the marsh was incredible. We saw egrets, herons, and more varieties of birds than we could name. The most memorable visitors were two great horned owls that frequently perched in a tree above the pool and “hooed” back and forth conversationally each evening. It was such a unique and special experience.This was a beautiful, well-equipped home with so many thoughtful details, and our family made some wonderful memories here.

Dream Property!!

Stayed in this dreamy house in April and had an incredible stay! The pictures do not do the view justice! Overall, it was one of the best rental house experiences we have all ever had! Sarah is great at getting back to you very quickly and provided so many tips on how to best enjoy the property. We were so sad when it was time to leave! Will definitely try to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The house had tons of amenities was extremely well stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. The view was spectacular and the mid island location was perfect for us. Can't wait to come back.
