After a day of activities on the snow-white sand of Navarre Beach, you may just want to relax. There is no better place to do it than on the large, circular terrace of this 15th (!) floor luxury condominium. From here you can enjoy a 270-degree panoramic view of the beach, the fishing pier, and beautiful Santa Rosa Sound.

Inside you will enjoy the beauty of a professionally decorated, 1400-square-foot home. The master bedroom is large and the master bathroom is phenomenal as it seems to jut out into the Gulf of Mexico.

Of course, there are three smart televisions. And feel free to add to the games and puzzles.

The modern kitchen is completely equipped with anything you might possibly need - coffee maker and Kurig, blender, microwave, ice maker, spices, etc. I would recommend getting extra bags of ice for the beach and such. Also, this condo comes with complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and umbrella from March-October.

This vacation treat yourself to luxury at a very affordable price!

Beautiful condo. Biggest shower over seen in a rental. Host was great to work with. Employees of the condo assn were very helpful and friendly. Pool was huge and beautiful. Even with the ocean off-limits due to double red flags, the pool was busy but not overcrowded. The view of the ocean and pier from the balcony can’t be beat. We can’t wait to stay again.

Seth was easy to work with. My family felt so at home here, that we hope to come stay here next year.The condo was clean with a beautiful view from the livingroom and master. We loved that the kitchen was welled stocked with cookwear and had everything we needed. The only thing I feel like that could use some improvement, would be the master bedroom mattress. Other than that, our family vacation was perfect even if it did rain most of the time we were there. Thank you Seth for sharing your beautiful place with me and my family. The location and view were great, but the condo itself needs significant attention. Upon arrival, there were half-empty bottles of dish soap with the lid left open, a used wet sponge, no kitchen hand towels, crumbs along the floor edges, seasoning spilled throughout the spice cabinet, and dishes with food still on them.The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattresses squeaked so loudly that any movement woke the other person, making it difficult for anyone sharing a bed to sleep.The balcony furniture was in poor condition. One chair was broken, several cushions were heavily stained with mold, and the rusted table left fibers from what appeared to be a deteriorated tablecloth.Maintenance issues included two sliding doors that became difficult to open (management had to repair one), bedroom and bathroom doors in the primary suite that wouldn't latch, broken dresser handles, cracked cabinet trim, cracked light switch plates, a cracked microwave door, missing artwork, missing towel bars and remote holders, rust on bathroom fixtures, no shower shelf for toiletries, and a missing ceiling fan remote. The washing machine shredded a pair of shorts on the first use, and the freezer ice dispenser sprayed ice everywhere.The kitchen utensil drawer was a disorganized pile, making it difficult to find anything.This condo has great potential, but it needs a deep cleaning, repairs, and better maintenance before I'd recommend staying here.

If you are looking for a great condo with incredible views, this unit is for you! Seth, the host, was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo was very clean and had all the utensils, pots, pans and spices for meal preps in the condo. Beach Colony is in a wonderful location and all of the staff and security are great. We have stayed at different units at Beach Colony. We would definitely stay at this unit again. The beach chair service provided was an awesome perk as well. This is a very family friendly place to stay!

New Beach Home for Family Vacations

We have found our new beach home for future stays in Navarre. We have stayed at a few places there but we really enjoyed Beach Colony Resort and the unit we were in was fabulous. So thankful to have found this and our host was so wonderful and helpful to speak with.
