All kitchen amenities are included including air fryer deep fryer rice cooker and washer and dryer. The beds are new with comfortable mattress and 3 air mattresses

There were no amenities and it was not clean only a couple towels and wash clothes so we contacted the host and they were willing to come and clean the next day but we found another place to stay so they refunded us 2nights. When we got there the fridge/freezer doors were left open and water was laying on the kitchen floor. The one bedroom smelled like cat urine. I think they need a new cleaning service. It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile

Great neighborhood it was quiet and peaceful But the property maintenance was bad there was a shower faucet broken and in the bedroom broken slats that hold box springs and mattress Also check in was originally at 4pm But the host didn’t have it cleared and ready for us until 11:30 pm That was poor

Nice area but could use work

Pros= The house is in a quite, nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Had TVs in every room and good wifi. Had air mattresses if needed. Check in and out was easy. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Cons= There was buckets holding up one of the beds because it was broken. There was food in the microwave from the previous people (biscuits and hotdogs). We had to buy our own washcloths because there was only a couple. We had to buy batteries for the TV remotes because only one remote had batteries. There was ants in the kitchen and a roach in one of the bedrooms. There is only one pot to cook with and very limited on pans and cooking utensils.

Misleading and disappointing *bugs*

The reviews for this property plus the 5 minute drive to the beach led me to believe this would be a great vacation. I was wrong. Day 1 we arrive and check in and communication with the owner was great. I found a good bunch of ants in the kitchen and the owner sent someone right out. No issues. Next day we find roaches and ants in the kitchen, and the master bath toilet was leaking when flushed. Again owner was responsive and sent someone out. Day 3 we attempt using the kitchen, the Keurig had ants and baby roaches dead in the water container, unusable. While we were cooking, we were fighting ants every step of the way. We opened a brand new bag of rice, set it on the counter and when we went back to it, the bag was full of ants, had to throw away the entire new bag! At this point I took some pictures of the infestation and contacted the owner again to let her know of the problem. I have still not heard back from the owner. I had to contact VRBO to file a formal complaint. We left 2 days early from our vacation. Completely disappointed. I'm hoping for a resolution. Fyi the beach is a 15 minutes drive not 5 minutes.

Summer family beach trip

We loved the location , the home worked quite well with the layout for our large family . The neighborhood was quiet , and any questions I had the owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond . We will definitely be booking for next year !

Everything was fantastic, from the property to the host. My kids are 15, 11 and 2 and it was great for ALL of us. It was clean and roomy, w/d, dishwasher....a home away from home. We will certainly look into this property first when we decide on return dates. Thank you, Lan, for everything!
