Single-story apartment with terrace near Canadel Beach

3-star flat on the ground floor of a 65 m² villa, located 100 m from Canadel beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Var, with turquoise water and an exceptional, unspoilt seabed, well sheltered from the prevailing winds. The beach is secure (lifeguard post) and equipped (showers, mattress hire, restaurants, WC, etc.).

Access to the property through a private gate.
The exterior is reserved exclusively for the use of the flat's occupants.
Enjoy a terrace of around 40m² with tables, chairs, seating area, parasol, barbecue... Not overlooked!

The flat (fully air-conditioned):
Enter via the TV lounge, then the dining room and open, fully-equipped kitchen.
On your left, access corridor to the 2 bedrooms (beds 140), separate WC and shower room.

Facilities : Air conditioning in all rooms, TV, oven, 4 induction hobs, microwave, 'American' fridge, toaster, kettle, ironing equipment, washing machine, hoover, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, hairdryer, Plancha.

Très bonnes vacances au Canadel

Emplacement idéal pour l’accès à la plage du Canadel. Appartement très bien équipé et spacieux. Il contient de nombreux rangements fort appréciés. La décoration intérieur étant inexistante, quelques décorations murales apporteraient davantage de chaleur. Les chaises de la salle à manger ne sont pas confortables. Des coussins pour le canapé pourrait peut être rendre celui ci plus confortable car il est très dur.
