This is a Gulf Front 3 bed, 2 bath with an extra large balcony to view sunsets and sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 19th floor with expansive views. Both bedrooms have King beds with a walk out onto the balcony. Enjoy gorgeous Gulf views every morning from bed. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kids- small room with twin bunks. The living room has a comfy couch that pulls out into a queen sleeper, large rocker/recliner, and an additional swivel rocker. There is a dining table for 4, and 3 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped to fix a full meal for 8. However, if you want a break and do not wish to cook, walk down to Sea and Suds and grab dinner. One of a few restaurants that sit directly on the Gulf.

We loved the condo and I actually met the owner, very friendly. Showed me their other location as well. The parking spots of the building were a little tight but the condo itself was nice and was beautifully decorated.

Amazing, clean condo, with incredible view.

Our stay in this condo was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views. We saw dolphins nearly every day. Nothing like sipping a cup of coffee on the balcony. It was such a comfortable place to come to after long, tiring days of fun in the sun. The communication with the owner was also top notch! 10/10 reccomend.

Great unit, very updated and cozy in a great location!

After searching for at least 2 weeks I came across this unit on Vrbo. It was myself and my Wife, and my Brother and his fiancé so we wanted two nice size rooms, with balcony, on the beach with a gulf view. After reading about this condo, and looking at the location I decided to book it. In addition to just being renovated, all of the decorations had just been updated and some replaced with new decor. The unit was in a great spot, had plenty of space, and the building itself was to our standards. The condo was very nicely decorated, and clean. The condo had plenty of bedding, towels etc. Everything was to our liking, and we would book it again! We really enjoyed our stay. The elevator attendants was also a nice touch to be sure they kept running smooth.

Location of the property is amazing, and the higher floors give you an amazing view of the Gulf. The large wrap around balcony made it nice to spread out and the polywood furniture on the balcony was very much appreciated. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plus there was plenty of extra sheets and blankets available in each closet. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you could need. Washer and dryer worked wonderfully fast and cleaned clothes nicely. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and the property management. All the pictures I added were taken from the balcony.Had a minor issue with plumbing in the master bath but called Dana and she responded to my text right away and resolved the issue very quickly.

Unbelievable balcony & views

Absolutely gorgeous condo and views. Highly recommend this unit. Only complaint are the elevators- they were filthy, only 2 for 20 floors, and closed so quickly that sometimes no one got on because they were so full of people getting off. We had a wonderful stay otherwise and would come back.

Annual trip

The unit was equal to, if not better, than the description. Furnishings were updated, in a calming color pallet. The beds/mattresses were so comfortable, we slept thru every night! Walk-in shower in the master bath. Loved the balcony furniture. The Seawind complex is a great location, with a Surf Style market across the street. Many restaurants are waklable, within a half mile. The Gulf State Park fishing pier is also a nice evening walk along the beach. I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else.

Great stay

Check in/out super easy. Accurate description and photos as advertised. Location is great, short walk to the Hangout (entertainment for all ages) several places to eat and the Pier. Accommodations great, everything was clean (with the exception of the floor, we had to use the steam clearer to clean the floors but otherwise very clean). The balcony is amazing, very spacious (lots of play area for a 2 year old) views of the ocean, Sea and Suds, the pier and sunrise. Definitely would stay here again hopefully same time next year. What a spot to see the Blue Angels fly by during a practice, they were at eye level ahhh-mazing.

Very Interesting Stay!

Our family spent 39 nights at the condo, over Christmas and Jan. 2025. Pros: Beautiful with amazing views! The king beds were comfortable.Large spacious balcony with great furniture and views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets. Large, efficient, personal laundry room. (The dryer buzzer will cause you a fright!). Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Loved the air fryer and Keurig coffee pot.There are beach chairs to use at the condo and also in the garage pool area to borrow.Quiet condo, didn’t really ever hear the neighbors.We loved our walks on the beach. The Sea and Suds restaurant is so close and serves up great food.Cons: Arrived to broken items: dishwasher, toaster, 2 dining room chairs, kitchen lights, clock, among other things. Management addressed most issues quickly.Bunk room is very dark and small. Top bunk had a 100lb weight limit and was not made upon arrival. There is no storage in this room.The hot tub, pool, gym and sauna are located in the next building. That was disappointing.We had a water leak from the condo above.The vents in the ceiling howled and whistled for hours when the wind was in the wrong direction. Dirty dishes in the cupboards. We were there for the 8” snow storm. Both elevators were down for two days. This was concerning if there had been a health issue. We are rethinking staying on the higher floors again.
