This cozy, tastefully furnished vacation home on two levels with private pool and views of Lake Trasimeno is located about 1 km from the small lakeside town of San Feliciano. The vacation home is ideal for relaxing days on the lake, where you will find equipped beaches everywhere, or for visiting the pretty, characteristic, small towns of Cortona, Castiglione del Lago, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and Assisi, all of which are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached by car. From the kitchen of your vacation home you can access a covered terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals outside. The two floors are not connected internally and only an external staircase leads to the upper floor. Therefore, this vacation home is also ideal for groups of friends who want to spend their vacations together, but at the same time maintain a certain level of privacy.

Type Woning
De woning is gelegen op een heuvel met mooi uitzicht op het Trassimeno meer. De woonkamer is spaarzaam ingericht met meubilair. Ook het aantal glazen en bekers was te kort voor 6 personen. De ramen zijn el voorzien van luiken wat zeker helpt tegen de warmte en het invliegen van insecten. Dat laatste alleen als er s avonds geen licht brand in huis.
De tuin en het zwembad zijn fantastisch. Het tuin meubilair is spaarzaam en er zijn geen kussens voor de tuin-, lounge en ligstoelen.
De omgeving is uitdagend en zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken.
