HOUSE RULES
* NO SMOKING/VAPING inside of the property. Guests will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in the unit, regardless of any damages.

*Please REMOVE SHOES once inside. Shoe rack is provided. Flip flops, sandals and socks are welcome :)

*PLEASE DO NOT use our TOWELS AND LINENS for hair dyeing, makeup removal, shoe polishing, floor cleaning etc...other than hand drying clean bodies and hair :)
-We provide facial tissue,in each bathroom, paper towels and kitchen towels under the kitchen sink. Additional charges may apply to damaged towels.
-Please be respectful of property and neighbors.
* NO PETS- Though not required we would appreciate it if you would inform us if
bringing a service animal so we can properly clean for our next guests who might
have allergies.
* Use of "Pack N Play" must be requested IN ADVANCE.
* No parties, or events, or extra guests. Guests will be charged the full security deposit
for parties, events, and extra guests regardless of any damages.
* Please respect the neighbors by observing quiet hours: 10pm-8am.
* Please turn OFF heat and AC when leaving the property
* Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property

Rental process was smooth, the owner kept me informed with timely communication. The home is great for larger family or group stays. Lots of room to spread out. It has everything you need. Very lovely and comfortable.

Very comfortable house in a family friendly area

We had 5 adults and 2 kids. Christina is a lovely host who answered our questions promptly. The place was very comfortable, and spacious that we had no issues with remote working. It was very clean and in a family friendly neighborhood. We recommended it!

Comfortable and convenient

We had a group staying at this house while teaching a 2-week course. The shared spaces were big enough to accommodate everyone in the evenings, with plenty of gear in the kitchen to prepare our meals. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, and the house in general kept us cool during the heat of summer. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

As Advertised

House was as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. For example, the towels were plush, the beds were comfortable and there loads of spices and such in the kitchen. Communication was easy and prompt. The only issue was that the master bedroom had two broken legs on the frame. The remainder of the house was in very good working order so I think just "one of those things" and not indicative of a lack of attention to detail I would recommend the property.

Perfect for family get together

This house was perfect for family members to meet from different places for a wedding. It is very hard to find a house with this combination of bedrooms and beds. The house seems almost new. It was very clean and well equipped. I appreciate having the cabinets and drawers labeled with their contents. Even the laundry room was well equipped and I made use of the iron and the ironing board for wedding guest clothes. Communication with Christina was easy and she was quick to respond. She also stocked the house with water and welcoming snacks. We also played the board games in the living room area. Also, the weather can be hot and humid in Vancouver and it was nice to have a fan in every bedroom. The location is an easy 16 minutes to the airport. It is a quiet residential neighborhood with grocery stores nearby. We would definitely recommend if you need a large house in the Vancouver area.
