This T2 apartment features a kitchen opening onto the living room, with a 140*190 sofa bed, and a TV corner. A separate bedroom features a 160*200cm Queen-size bed and storage cupboards. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet completes the room.

The flat is on the ground floor and the living room overlooks the street, but your privacy is ensured by blackout blinds.

Ideal for a romantic getaway or a business trip.

WIFI available, bed linen and towels included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a traveler's guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses.

Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a connected lock. Checkout is scheduled up to 11am on the day of your departure.

IMPORTANT: Construction work is currently underway in front of the building and may cause noise disturbance during business hours on weekdays. However, the room is located on the opposite side of the building. This work is being carried out at the initiative of the condominium association. We thank you for your understanding.

The entire Memorable Place team is committed to providing you with the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used.

As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.
