Elegant apartment in a Venetian palace in the characteristic and interesting Arsenale neighborhood, a few steps from the Riva degli Schiavoni, the canal promenade that leads in a few minutes to Piazza San Marco, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the water and the island of San Giorgio, and not far from the Biennale di Venezia, where exhibitions of international importance are held. Just 3 minutes away is the stop of the water buses that allow you to easily explore Venice and reach the nearby islands of Lido di Venezia with beach resorts, the island of Murano famous for glass blowing and the island of Burano with its characteristic needle peaks and colorful houses. Your apartment is located on the second floor and offers a large terrace (18 m²) with garden furniture and deck chairs, from here you can admire this charming city and its canals. The apartment also includes a spacious living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Baby cot on request. Arrival after 9 pm and on Sunday on request and payment.

L'appartement était très propre, bien situé - près. du vaporetto, restaurants pas trop touristiques, la Biennale.L'acceuil par Arianne était correct. Seul surprise : une facture de 170 à payer en espèces pour le taxe de séjour (d'accord) mais aussi pour les draps, les essuies , l'entretien. Depuis 30 ans que je visite la Biennale, c'est la première fois qu'une facture m'est présenté à l'arrivé. Les services étaient très basics ( pas de café pour un premier petit-déjeuner, un demi rouleau de papier hygienique,....)Impossible de savoir chez qui nous avions loué ? Abritel ? Novasol ? autres ?

Hübsche Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Alles wunderbar, vor allem die Terrasse. Nur die Küche und die Dusche könnten mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten, super.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung etwas außerhalb des großen Trubels, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem fußläufig nah dran. Die Vaporello-Station Arsenale ist nur 200 m entfernt! Die Küche ist spärlich ausgestattet. Wer erwägt hier selbst zu kochen, wird enttäuscht. Fürs Frühstücken reicht es, aber keine "normale" Kaffeemaschine. Sehr schöner großer Balkon.
