Weekly rentals are permitted in this open concept 3 bedroom, plus a den, 3 bath home. It easily accommodates up to 12 people. Very family friendly; one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds! The heated pool with martini table and outdoor TV is sure to keep the family cooled off and entertained throughout your stay. Nicely appointed and beautifully landscaped, this is the get-away home you have been looking for. 111 feet of seawall, fish right off the dock. Close to everything that Cape Coral and Southwest Florida have to offer. Great beaches, restaurants, bars, golf courses & attractions are all nearby. It’s All About the Lifestyle!
