Come and enjoy the sun in this beautiful southern exposure 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a boat dock. Relax and lounge in the over sized lanai with great views and heated salt water pool. Watch your favorite TV shows right from inside the pool. Huge glass doors create a nice flow between the living area and the lanai. Spend your mornings having coffee at the kitchen bar or savor your cup of joe looking at the canal with plenty of outside seating. Grill your own steaks or enjoy one of the great restaurants just minutes from the house. If you need to do some work while enjoying sunny Florida we now have a workspace area. The house is fully furnished with 2 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds. Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house giving you extra privacy. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with exterior security cameras for additional piece of mind. Master suite features a tempurpedic adjustable mattress to help you recharge your batteries.

This is a smoke free and pet free home. Close to shops and amazing restaurants.

Our warm weather break!

We enjoyed our stay and the Cape Coral area...and a break from winter in Ohio! Good location, wonderful house. Still a lot of recovery from the hurricane going on, but didn't impact our stay.

A Walk In The Park

This is our second year at this property, love the neighborhood for the ability to just walk around and feel extremely safe at any time. Neighbors are all very friendly and quiet. Cape Coral also has a bunch of options for activities within a short drive. Take a walk and jump in the pool what more could you ask for...

We were looking for a place to escape a Minnesota winter and just liked the look of the home.

It was extremely easy to do and very trouble free. The host was very flexible with our timing and even gave us a small refund when we decided to leave a day early to go visit friends in a different location. I am definitely going to reach out to Ava to see about next year, we loved it!

Very nice, well kept home

The house was well maintained and spotless. It was the nicest pool we’ve ever had in our many years of renting in SW Florida. The house was well equipped and we did not want for anything. The only criticisms are that we found the master suite bed too hard to sleep on (we tried for two nights then gave up). And the lanai cushions should be replaced. Overall we were happy and had lovely and relaxing week

Quick Getaway from Iowa

The property is great particularly the outdoor space, the reason we chose this home. Communication with host was top notch, she provided a detailed email that was easy to follow and included tips for local eats and attractions. This was very helpful! The only downfall (which we knew in advance) was the location. It’s not overly close to beaches or many things to do but it was a nice neighborhood and we felt safe! The sunsets from the canal were AMAZING! The amenities were plentiful- kayaks with life jackets, beach gear, fishing poles, plus all the supplies in the house. Everything was laid out well, easy to understand and we enjoyed our stay! We would definitely consider this rental again in the future!

Very comfortable and well equipped rental

Very responsive owner who arranged for an early arrival, adjusted the pool pump schedule, replaced a broken corkscrew & provided a vegetable peeler & baking pans. Outdoor temps were 60s - 70s most days, so we did not use the pool much & never used the other equipment. The house is comfortable, well maintained, & easily accommodates 2 couples & 2 two children. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and an easy drive to stores. There are many outlets in every room. The bedrooms need a chair or luggage racks. The main bedroom has a closet, hangers, & dressers. The living room TV has no live broadcasts, so we used our HDMI cable with our laptop. We like to cook and found the kitchen reasonably well equipped--LOTS of pieces of flatware, glassware, and dishes, ample pots & pans with lids, blender,cutting boards & knives. Range, dishwasher & washer/dryer worked well. Refrigerator with large freezer, toaster, toaster oven. Other items: containers for leftovers, mixing bowls, measuring cups & spoons, dishtowels, oven mitts, & scissors. Laptops connected to the internet easily but not the Brother printer; we used our cable from one laptop to the printer. The desk in the living room was too small for two laptops and the printer; we used the dining table. The pictures make the rooms look larger. However, we can recommend this rental and would stay here again, although we would hope for warmer weather over which the owner has no control.

We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of this property and the ease of checking in. Loved the saltwater pool and spending time on the back porch. Enjoyed fishing in the canal in the backyard. We took full advantage of proximity to beautiful beaches while being there. One of the best vacations our family has ever had and look forward to coming back in the future.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Florida. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was warm, clean and beautiful. Our kids spent so much time playing in the pool. The location is quiet and gorgeous. There are delicious restaurants nearby. The host was great and available to communicate if anything was needed. We had absolutely no issues with our stay and can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful home!

My husband, father-in-law and I spent a week at this fantastic house. It was very clean and well stocked (best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had). The outdoor space was great and we enjoyed meals and our nightly card game there. The communication was quick responses and great information prior to our arrival. We are hoping to return next year!

The property was as described...nice location and neighborhood, very quiet, and the space worked very well for two retired couples. Ava was very helpful with any questions we had. We really enjoyed the pool and having a TV on the lanai was great for watching the NCAA basketball tournaments while lounging in the pool!

Great house for kids, centrally located, easy access to many beaches

We had 2 couples and 2 4 year olds. The house was perfect for this group. We spent tons of time hanging on the lanai while the kids enjoyed the warm pool. Great pool toys and floaties are provided. We did 4 different beaches which were between 15 minutes and 45 minutes away. They provided a cooler, chairs, and umbrellas which made the beaches even more enjoyable. Had a couple small issues at the house which were addressed immediately by the host.

This house is amazing. It was super clean and was close to lots of fun activities. Some beaches were not far away either. The pool was the family favorite. Ava was amazing and sent a very informative email about the rental but also included local attractions, restaurants, and beach information which was super helpful. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The lanai and outdoor space was large, comfortable, and even better than it appears in pictures. Great host and vacation home on canal in Cape Coral.

Ava was an excellent host. Very accommodating and full of helpful info from beginning to end. House was as advertised, no surprises. Her recommendation to go to the beaches by boat was absolutely correct! The house is perfectly situated to hang out, cook/grill, swim/sunbathe, and fish a little on the canal- however, the nice beaches are a bit of a drive ....so the best way is by boat! Rent a boat and do it a few weeks out to make sure you get one..they sell out! We got lucky with a boat co. that had a cancellation. Consider having it multiple days too -since there is a dock included with the property. Boating is the most fun way to see the coastal area and beaches. Otherwise, be prepared for traffic driving during peak times to Sanibel Island....so go early and leave early if by car.

House not worth renting!

We stayed for month of January 2021. Our son came down 9 days earlier and rented a house for similar price. Ava’s house did not even compare to our sons house he rented. Pool was heated day and night, All linens, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc were included. His house was 600 sq.ft. bigger. Two days before we arrived, Ava emails Info about house. I was not able to cancel because of no refund unless done 10 days before arrival. I would have canceled. Ice maker broken, Never was fixed. She said to plan accordingly. Keyless entry broken, never fixed. Only had 1 key for the month. Safe in closet broke, never was fixed. 2nd bedroom sheets had hairs on it and black soot. When you take sheets off bed, please check the mattress cover and you will see how dirty it is. House had no plastic plates so you could eat on pool area dining table for lunch or dinner cook out. When we arrived garbage disposal did not work, took over a day to get someone to fix it. Dining room patio door would not stay locked. So neighbor cut a piece of wood to put down so door would not open at night. When I went to use BBQ grill in pool area, propane tank was on and I had to clean BBQ grill before using it. Pool heating system outdated. Heating system was set to come on at 11:00 A.M. to warm pool to 85 degrees per contract and quit at 7:00 P.M. Took 2 days to get corrected with Ava and pool maintenance. Pool guy showed up and said heat was set for 81 and to start at noon. He set it for 85 degrees and Ava set it to start at 9:00 A.M. per my request, Ava has control at her house to set time heating stops. Everyday it stopped at 3:00 P.M. When temperature during night between mid 50’s to 60 and during the day when temps are 70 to 73, it would take until 2:00 P.M. for pool to heat up to 85 or 84. Pool guy put thermometer in the pool and only got up to 80 by 3:P.M., but the heating thermostat said it was 85. I would never rent this house ever!!!! No phone in house for local calls or even calling 911. Living room is only big enough for 5 people to seat and watch TV. Ceilings 8 foot high, which made house seem small. One dish towel and one dish cloth. No garage door opener. Ava said they have no measuring spoons or bowls. 2 Pool maintenance guys showed up with no notice and just walked in pool area, People should never come to rental house without notification from owner to the renter so no accidents might happ

Dear Dan, We are deeply sorry the house was not up to your particular standards. We take great pride in providing the best service possible as you can see in our prior reviews and we take it to heart when our property isn't up to par. Most hosts do not provide check in information until the day before. As soon as our property is booked we provide a message thanking for the booking and advising that all check in information will be provided 24-48 hours prior to arrival and that we are open to any questions. Assuming that all hosts provide the same options is misguided. We stack our home based on the number of guests on the reservation. Your reservation only listed 2 persons while at least 5 people were staying at the property. We did have our housekeeper come back with extra dish cloths, paper towels, etc. The ice maker was never broken. Our Maytag does not come with an ice maker, therefore we say to plan accordingly prior to guests' arrival. We do provide ice trays if a guest chooses to make ice. The door lock was under a warranty repair but unfortunately because of Covid the replacement part took longer to arrive. It was our understanding only one couple would be staying at the property, and as such, we were confident one set of keys would be sufficient. As for the sliding door in the dinning area, we cannot be sure they weren't broken when you tugged and pulled on them because of something seen on the news nowhere near where our house is located. We do not provide plastic plates because we don't think that's elegant. We provide plenty of dishes and utensils for our guests to be able to enjoy meals or snacks inside or outside the house. The pool heating system is a little over a year old and we had our pool company out as soon as possible. We had our maintenance guy out the next day after you informed us about the disposal issue. We also provided a free cleaning during your stay to make up for the perceived inconveniences. Again, we are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay. If we could provide one suggestion, it would be to communicate directly with hosts rather than neighbors or maintenance crew. Respectfully, Ava
