Great Trip

Condo was so pretty and very convenient to everything. The views were amazing! My husband took my son and two friends down to do some fishing. Really too cold still, but it was my son’s spring break from college and they enjoyed themselves tremendously. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience

By far one of the best experiences so far! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect and the condo provided everything from games to all kinds of kitchen appliances which was amazing since we have a big family and it can get pretty expensive to be going out to eat every night. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed. Kitchen is well supplied, with nice appliances and dishes. Beautiful view from large, nicely furnished balcony. Very clean. Parking was easy in and out. Best vacation we have had. Definitely will be beck!

The unit was wonderful, clean, loved the vibe:) The pool was awesome, kids loved it.. I only wish that I would read the description closer.. I was looking for beach front, this condo is across the road from beach… ended up having to cross the street to get to beach.. there is a sky bridge we didn’t end up using because of the stairs at the beach entrance.. wish there was a ramp..

This unit was exactly as pictured.... absolutely stunning! The location to Pier Park is A+. We walked there! However, not one moment of silence our entire stay. They are doing construction directly in front of the condo and in front of ALL the balconies and they work non-stop. I would not advise staying here until that is completed (a few years probably) as we did not even get to enjoy the balcany, and that is the only place you can see the ocean from in these condos as they are across the street.

Good place to go except for the baggage cart policy. 2024

The bad thing about the Calypso Tower 3 is that after normal business hours we couldn't get any of the baggage carts because they lock them up in a fenced in area on the third floor with a padlock. So no baggage carts are available for anyone to use if you want to leave early in the morning or late in the evening. During business hours the attendant wouldn't let you use one without leaving your id with him so that you will bring it back. This is a childish Calypso management policy that needs to be thought out better by different management.

If the carts are locked, guests are asked to call security and they will meet you to unlock the carts. There is signage next to the cart area with this information and the phone number for security, but we understand it may have been missed. Girls trip

The property was wonderful even though we didn't realize it was across the street. Don't bank on adults sleeping on the pull out sofa. It was horribly uncomfortable, but everything else was great. The check in process and parking were the only issues we had. I didn't get an email with parking passes so I called Panhandle two days before our trip and was told that unit came with two parking spots and they would print my passes when I arrived. We got the run around about the parking passes. We had one gate attendant tell us that we needed parking passes to park our beach mobility wheelchair in the garage. Overall it was a great stay and the accommodations were great. The frustrtion was with Panhandle Getaways, not the unit.
