Awesome Stay!

We absolutely love the stay! The condo was clean and in a great location! The only issue was the $50 parking passes for our three motorcycles, and we only used one parking spot. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

We will continue to work with the Calypso Association but it is becoming the standard that these association's charge a per vehicle rate and sometimes much more than the $50 that Calypso charges, as I hear in Destin now it is not uncommon for a $100 per vehicle charge. Great getaway!!

The property is exactly as listed! 3bd/3bh and in excellent condition! Laundry room was a bonus, plus several beach chairs with straps to eliminate the need for renting on the beach! Balcony is on a corner so large with a great view! The chairs from the condo also came in handy when the poolside chairs were taken on the busy holiday weekend. The food in the cafe is excellent and the outdoor bar with options for kids snow cones is great! A quick minute walk to pier park or five minute walk to top golf sealed the deal for us- we never needed to leave in our vehicle once we arrived!
