Relax, unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet on the large deck of this quaint beach house located on Davis Park. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after returning from the ocean or bay, both just steps away.

This beautiful beach house has four bedrooms; 1 room with a queen bed, 1 with a full bed, 1 room with two sets of bunk beds and 1 with two twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans. Now with Air Conditioning in every room!

The outdoor wraparound deck has bench seating, a large picnic table, refrigerator, and large Weber grill. There is plenty of space to lounge, sunbathe eat and play. The large picnic tables seats 12 easily! Relax and enjoy the flowers, fresh air and ocean breeze.

Cozy up on the couch in the evening and watch a movie on Netflix with a glass of wine or enjoy a night out at the Casino Bar. Be sure to visit the Casino Café for a fine dining experience.

Wonderful Beach House!

Perfect Beach House! Equipped with everything needed to enjoy a stay at the beach. Bed accommodations were excellent! House was immaculate! All Amenities and then some! Beach Chairs and umbrellas galore. Stephanie is a SUPER HOST and takes priority in satisfying her guests. Great instructions, prompt response! Can't wait to visit again!

Great location in Davis Park

This is a great house with a great location in Davis Park. Short walk to the beach or the bay. The house has everything one needs to have a nice stay. Two fridge/freezer units are big plus for our party of eight adults. Stephanie was super communicative and responsive. While there is plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids, the one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds is not really suited for adults to sleep in as the beds are too small. This would make it difficult for our party of 8 adults to rent the location again but for a properly sized group this would be perfect.

Love this beach house!

I have stayed at many houses on Davis and this house is a true gem. The interior is spotless, plenty of towels, linens, beach chairs etc. Large, enclosed outside deck keeps the kids in :) Stephanie is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. My family had a wonderful week and we hope to be able to come back next summer.

Heavenly Stay

First off the description of the property was spot on. Had everything we needed and more. As soon as you walk in you notice how clean it is. Linens and towels were in great shape. We have rented other properties in the area and this one is one of our favorites. Has a slight view of the bay from the deck which is nice and just a very short walk to the ocean. Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you Stephanie and we are planning another stay in the future. Pete
