Great Getaway

Very clean and private property. Easy to book and Angela was very helpful and made sure we got settled in. This is the second time we stayed at this property and definitely would again.

Perfect country stay

We had a terrific stay at The Franklin Estate Suite F. It is very spacious, so clean (appears to be brand new), has a comfortable, memory foam king bed with great bed linens which we loved, was well-stocked with everything we needed, and is VERY quiet. Angela is a super responsive and pleasant host. We would happily stay here again when in the Charlottesville/Barboursville area and would highly recommend it to others.

Property was great and so clean! The only reason I am not giving it max rating is because we stayed on bottom floor and you can hear kids running on floor above. It was so loud for so long. Also the ceiling light to the front left of the bed had big dead bugs in it.
