Comfortable, Peaceful Weekend

This was a wonderful home-away-from-home location. We were able to visit with family and friends in the area and then come "home" to this cozy, peaceful place. Mornings were spent sitting on the private outdoor patio listening to the birds in the nearby woods and watching the cows graze in the field next door. Owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Fantastic, homey apartment.

The unit and the property are delightful. The unit includes various amenities and nice touches. The hosts are lovely people. Unfortunately, the location did not support our phone connectivity and the on-site wi-fi was spotty at best, kicking off shortly after being relaunched (we began the stay without connectivity and were unaware how to resolve it and the hosts were unavilable). Except for a very few minutes during our stay, we had no internet or TV use while there. The value for the price paid was compromised greatly.

Linda and Richard welcomed us into the cozy apartment they offer, and immediately into sharing a roaring bonfire with their family. We came late on Christmas Day, and they even gave us food, since we had not planned ahead and everything was closed. The home is quiet and out a lovely road surrounded by beautiful views, cows, and fields. Richard & Linda were always responsive to anything we needed. It was a great place to stay and good alternative to our usual hotel experience.

Wonderful place and people

My friends and I had a great time here - the whole property is beautiful, with seating, a pond, and flowers in the front and forest in the back. The indoors was very clean and welcoming. Linda and Richard were easy to communicate with and even offered to make more specific recommendations based on our interests. They were super friendly and hospitable and let us join their bonfire with their friends! We hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful time in Cville the VRBO was close to town and other sites. The unit was clean and comfortable well stocked with extras for cooking. Linda and Rich are on site and very helpful and enjoyable. We slept very well and might of been the comfiest bed we slept in.
