This cozy vacation home is located on a 8400 sqm nature plot only 600 m away from the roaring North Sea at Klegod on Holmsland Klit. Holmsland Klit the headland between Ringkøbing Fjord and the North Sea is known for its uniquely beautiful nature with the impressive dune formations and the extensive heath landscape. Here you have 40 km of beach at your disposal for refreshing walks and extensive beach life depending on the season and your temperament. Besides the magnificent nature, the surrounding area offers you many sights and activities. Not far from Søndervig is the small town of Klosters, where you can make your own candles in the candle foundry. In Hvide Sande you can buy fresh fish at the harbor and in the picturesque town of Ringkøbing, about 10 km away, you can store and admire the pretty old houses. Day trips to Legoland, the lion park in Givskud as well as to the Hans Christian Andersen birthplace in Odense as to Århus are possible.

Das Haus ist schön aber in die Jahre gekommen. Man riecht, dass es nur selten bewohnt und gelüftet wird. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit Qualitäsgeräten, Qualität smöbeln und -bettdecken und -kissen. Aber nicht sauber. Viele Spinnweben, viel Dreck von fliegenden Ameisen, ein nicht geputztes Bad, sehr fleckiger Teppich, Fett- und Kalkrückstände, dicke Staubschichten, nicht gefegte Terasse, kein gemähter Spielplatz (Schsukel, Sandkasten).Schade, das Haus hat wirklich Charme, müsste nur besser gepflegt werden.

Rustikaler Kurzurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr rustikal. Sauber, aber fühlt sich an, als wäre es seit seiner Erbauung nicht renoviert worden. Undichte Fenster und Türen, Wasserflecken und andere Flecken sind im ganzen Haus auf dem überall verlegten Sisalteppich (außer im Badezimmer). Offener Kamin, wo nur Birkenholz verbrannt werden darf. Der Besitzer sollte einen Ofeneinsatz einbauen lassen, was auch sicherer wäre, damit beim Öffnen der Tür kein Wind in den Schornstein gelangen kann. Das Badezimmer ist in Ordnung, außer dass keine Duschstange oder ähnliches zu verwenden ist, sodass die Dusche  zum Abduschen von Hand bewegt werden muss. Im Schlafzimmer/Doppelbett befindet sich eine große Matratze ca. 250x250, also muss ein großes Bettlaken mitgenommen werden. In den angrenzenden Kinderzimmern befindet sich ein Etagenbett. Ein leichter Muff liegt in der Luft. Erwähnenswert sind auch die alten Elektroheizungen, das wird wohl das teuerste sein. Oberhalb von Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer ist der Wohnbereich offen gestaltet, mit dem Nachteil, dass die Wärme des Ofens nach oben verschwindet und die Kälte wie ein Wasserfall in den Wohnbereich fließt. Der Bereich könnte geschlossen werden, da dieser Bereich derzeit außer einem extra Gefrierschrank (nicht angeschlossen) und einem uralten Solarium mit verdreckten Matratzen nicht genutzt werden kann. Positiv ist die Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist mit Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd und Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach. Das Cottage benötigt eine umfassende Renovierung und eine Wärmepumpe, da dies ein kleines Juwel ist, wenn es richtig renoviert wird. W-Lan ist nicht vorhanden, aber SAT-TV mit deutschen Programmen. Die Sackgassenlage mit großem Abstand zu den Nachbarn ist unschlagbar
