Enjoy an incredible house set on 7 acres with every amenity you can think of in an amazing town only 90 minutes from anywhere in NYC. Close to hiking, farms, wineries, breweries, amusement parks, a drive-in movie theater and SO much more! You choose to explore the local town or stay home and enjoy the heated pool, playground, or host dinner in our large dining room. Permit number P26-0068

Warwick has everything you could ask for! Warwick Winery is 5 minutes away, and Pennings Orchard, a farm to table restaurant, is 15 minutes away. The Warwick Drive In theater is right up the block. There are tons of other farms, restaurants, golf courses, breweries in the area. Check out Belleville Creamery for unbelievable homemade ice cream and amazing views. Mountain Creek ski and waterpark is just a 15 minute drive! Other local activities include the new Legoland Park (20 minutes away), Woodbury Commons Outlet Shopping Center (30 minutes away) and Storm King. You will have access to the lots of local farmers markets, and the world’s famous black dirt onion farms. You can also rent a boat on Greenwood Lake!

Great property for a group stay

Our group enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was very responsive, and the house was a great set-up! The location was close enough to town but still serene. Would recommend this property for any group or family to stay.

Family Fun

The home and the property were beautiful. All the rooms were nice and comfortable. Our grandkids loved the downstairs game room and the hot tub. Would definitely go there again, as it was perfect for our large family.

Great house for large groups

Secluded, quiet idyllic area, ample space for sleeping/bedrooms available, we were 10 people, clean, game room, small-ish kitchen but fully functional, bathrooms great, hot tub great, pool closed, I loved that there is a playground for kids but we were all adults, restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minute drive, we stayed for a Spartan race at Mt. Vernon only 12 minutes away, would definitely request a stay again!

ideal family gathering spot

Our family loved this oasis in the woods! The location was convenient for folks traveling from New Jersey and upstate New York. The kids loved the pool, our pups loved the dog run, and everyone enjoyed the view from the covered front porch - a great place to cool off during the hot afternoon sun. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home

Great play to stay with many amenities! It served as a great hub for our family as we explored the surrounding area. There was a bad storm during our stay that caused some unavoidable challenges, but the host was extremely responsive (within minutes) and helped us resolve everything very quickly. Highly recommended!

Perfect Short Fall Getaway

Property had lots of space for the kids to run around. The play set in the backyard was a big hit. We had plenty of room to hang out, play games or just talk. There is already talk about coming back in the summer.

Family get together

We spent ten very enjoyable days at the property. Doug was a gracious host and had all the bases covered before our arrival and answered any question we had promptly. My family stayed here for my wedding

I got my family this house to stay before and for my wedding and it almost stole my spotlight. The drive up to the house is beautiful and the house is so much bigger than expected but still felt so cozy. Everyone had an amazing time playing in the basement and the hot tub. Almost didn’t want to leave a review so it doesn’t get booked up too quickly in the future so I can get it back

Incredible house, highly recommend!

We booked this house for our wedding weekend so 12 people could stay here and get ready for the big day! It was absolutely perfect. The house is gorgeous, so many rooms to spread out and take nice pictures in. The bedrooms are super nice, WiFi worked great for people who had to take work calls. Basement is fully furnished with a nice gym that you don’t see often in vacation rentals. The yard was gorgeous, many deer paid us a visit in the mornings and at night. The pullout couch has a very comfortable mattress pad and it’s tucked away in a private room with doors so it’s very comfortable. We would love to stay here again! Something to note is the listing said at the time of booking that one room had two twin beds, but it actually has two queen beds which was a really nice surprise! There’s also a queen bed in a small room next to the laundry machines that we didn’t find for 24 hours haha. Lots of doors and light switches but overall such an amazing place to visit.

Peace in Warwick

This was a family getaway starting at LEGOLAND and the remainder at this beautiful house in Warwick. We were a party of 15 with a few toddlers, so it was pretty hectic. Due to that, we opted to stay in for the most part. The house is on a massive piece of property, with a playground, pool and jacuzzi. During the day the kids had a blast running around the massive front yard, playing on the playground and making the pool their temporary home. The property also had a fire pit so the kids wrapped up the night with smores. When all the kids were in bed there was enough for the adults to enjoy, I.E. the jacuzzi, pool table, table tennis and an old school arcade set in the basement. The owner was very attentive and responded to us within seconds when needed. We noticed the dryer vent was torn and he sent someone to fix it asap. He also gave us recommendations to check out on our stay, which were all perfect. The house was stocked with everything you need aside from food and drinks. It was a perfect spot for us. There was only one thing we wished were there but in no way did it ruin or dampen our stay, and that’s TV’s. There was one tv in a room which was a little inconvenient but like I said, no where near a deal breaker. We all kept busy with being outside and checking out the recommendations by the host. So if there’s one thing that could make this property even more perfect, it’s place TV’s in each bedroom. Nothing more nothing less. Book it!

Fantastic property

We rented this place with a group of friends and our teenage kids for 5 days. The space worked perfect for us . It’s a very spacious property and between the basement and the pool we were all kept entertained. Nice location , feels nice and secluded but only a 15 min drive to the nearest town. Lots to do nearby too, paddle boarding, golf and wine tasting ! We had such a fun week and our host was very responsive whenever we had any questions. He was also very helpful with recommendations on local shopping/ dining / places to see. House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

This place has it all!

This house is set in a wonderful country scape and has everything you need to entertain you. My family just wanted a getaway that wasn’t too far from where we live and we decided to head upstate. I am so glad we found this spacious and beautiful house. It has everything you need to entertain you including pool table, ping pong table, arcade, hot tub, pool, and place it for kids. Even though it set in the country there’s plenty to do around there and plenty of places to eat. The owner was very accessible when I had questionsAnd made the whole check in and check out process very easy. I highly recommend this place for all seasons!

AMAZING Family getaway

Doug’s home was the perfect place for my family of 7 and I to get away. It had a bunch of open outdoor space for our kids to play and the basement setup was perfect for family fun. We had a great time by the pool and we felt really secluded from the neighbors, given all of the outdoor space. The only thing I can complain about is we wish we had stayed longer than we did. Doug was very responsive throughout our stay and the town of Warwick has a total small-town vibe that is heavenly foe folks looking to escape the city life for a couple days. I would recommend his home to any families, couples or groups.
