One of the assets of the apartment is its high ceiling. It is also very popular for its brightness (with triple exposure and crossing) and for its location. It is located:
- in the city centre on a quiet, non-motorized street;
- close to the various good restaurants (everything is within walking distance);
- 15 minutes from the train station on foot and 10 minutes by bus (C2 from the Gare Sud, Cirque-Marais stop).
- 150 m from the Parking Tour de Bretagne where it is possible to rent a parking space (there are also some places in the street).

- the Bord de l'Erdre (water activities: canoes, kayaks, rowing, etc.);
- Nantes tables (all restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment): Pornic, Le Croisic;
- the numerous seaside resorts 45 minutes by train or car;
