Family house, very spacious.
Equipped kitchen open to the living room with TV and wi fi, 4 double bedrooms, 1 office area with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, 2 toilets, laundry room with dryer and washing machine, 2 terraces, one with swimming pool integrated into the wooden terrace, barbecue, fridge, pizza oven, plancha. Enclosed garden with parking spaces. The house has 2 mobile air conditioners.

Everything is done for your comfort, conviviality, rest and relaxation, without forgetting the hikes and visits of the sea in the Cathar country.
The house is located away from a small village bordered by vineyards which allows you to be really quiet while being only 25 km from the seaside resorts. In the centre of the village, you will find a Spar, a Carrefour Contact, two bakeries, Halles...
