Perfect location that was walking distance to everything in Ephraim, but tucked away just enough to be away from traffic and noise from the main road. Great deck for grilling, yard for activities, and space with fire pit and Adirondack chairs.
We had a group of women from across the country come in for a trip and this house was perfect. Centrally located, allowed us enough space to spread out but also spend quality time together for nights in. Would highly recommend this stay for any group!
This property worked very well for us and our grown children. The separate cottages gave everyone some privacy.Lots of great places to walk to. The coffee vending machine at the Ephraim Coffee Lab was a big hit.May is early in the season, so nothing was crowded.
This is the perfect location for a family holiday. The two cabins allow both privacy and plenty of room to gather. The bay and town are within walking distance. The decor is simple, cute and modern. I recommend a visit!!

We had such a great time with our extended family: four families with 4 kids under 3 years old. The kids could play in the yard and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. We would highly recommend this for any family trips!

We had an excellent time in Ephraim. The property was very clean. Communication was quick, thorough and very easy to check in and out of. The location was perfect-within walking distance to restaurants and beach. We traveled with in-laws so the set up was perfect with multiple cabins. Would stay again for sure!

This property was perfect for our family. The 3 separate residences were nice for sleeping. The large house was just the right size for all of us to gather for meals. We loved the yard and bonfire pit. The location is within walking distance of the lake and restaurants.

Outstanding location with nicely maintained property only one block from the Ephraim Bay. Also had toys for our 3 year old grandchildren (bubbles and a beach ball), nice fire pits, and a beautiful second floor deck (that could use an umbrella for shade. Excellent kitchen with utensils and large great room with large dining room table. Accommodated our six adults and 4 young grandchildren nicely.

This property was the perfect choice for our weekend retreat with two other families. The main house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The Pine and Cedar cottages were so adorable and came with a full bathroom and microwave, air fryer/ oven and a small refrigerator. The location of this property is outstanding. 2 minutes driving to Anderson dock and 5 minutes walk to the old post office for breakfast or fish boil in the evening. It was never more than 20 minutes to go anywhere. We all had a great time and will definitely consider choosing this property again at our next retreat.

It was such a pleasure to host you and your friends Inco. Thank you so much for leaving our place in such great condition! We'd love to host you again!
This rental was exactly as advertised. It was in a great location--close to everything in Ephraim, but also in great proximity to all of the peninsula--we were all over it!
Everything was clean in it, and it served our purposes for the trip. We were so busy outside that we didn't even need to turn on a TV the whole time we were there.
The main doors into the main house were a tad problematic, but we were able to overcome the issues. I spoke with the owners, and they said that they were going to fix this issue.
The duplex units were warm, as they were in the middle of a "heat wave" and they didn't have true AC in there. But we're from Texas, so they're "heat wave" was a piece of cake!
Overall, I think the property was a nice place to stay, and it was very convenient for everything.

Hi Cal! Thank you so much for your wonderful comments and for being such great guests! We did fix the main patio doors and hope the instructions will help! Also, today AC is being installed in the duplex! We’d love to host you guys again!
This was the first time we stayed in Ephraim. Great location!! Approx 2 Minute walk to restaurants, beach/sunset. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Loved that we could hang on the deck or around the camp fire when we were outside. Kitchen supplies were everything you need for the week. The accommodations were nicely updated; from the decor, beds, bath, kitchen etc.
We would definitely recommend as a place to stay. Both the main house and cottage duplex are updated and comfortable.
Few things we would suggest;
1 Deck on the main house needs an umbrella for shade with the way the sun hits it during happy hour.
2 The door on the main house is very difficult to lock and unlock. Even with the very detailed instructions it seems like there needs to be an enhancement.
Thanks for making our 2022 vacation in Door County a special one.

Hi Krista! Thanks so much for staying with us! We hope to host you again. Also, thanks for the suggestions. We needed to have a huge tree cut down at the beginning of summer that provided a ton of shade. We'll look to get an umbrella to do the same! We're trying to find a replacement to the doors and hoping to do so for next season! Thanks again!
This was our first trip to Door County and after seeing what is available, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. For our current world situation, this property is perfect. Multiple families can have their own, private spaces, yet still gather and be together.
The setting is beautiful; rather like having your own, private resort all to yourself. It is secluded and quiet. We felt as though we were in the middle of a beautiful landscape of flowers, greenery, and open space for running around, yet we were just around the corner from gorgeous sunsets over the water, restaurants, and shops.
A short, beautiful drive in one direction took us past Peninsula State Park into Fish Creek; taking a short, lovely drive in the other direction brought us to Sister Bay. A bit farther than that and we were hiking at Newport State Park in the evening to experience nightfall and see the stars at Wisconsin's Dark Sky Park at Newport.
The property was squeaky clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Linens and bedding are fresh and snuggly. We wanted for nothing, thanks to these thoughtful and communicative owners.
We left relaxed, yet energized, and felt safe and well-attended the entire time. We already started planning our next trip up with friends, and I daresay we simply will reserve all Door County trips for when this property has openings.
