With copious space to spread out, on the first floor, you’ll find 4 bedrooms each with a private bath, a powder room and one of two laundry rooms.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master suite complete with luxurious king bed, private bath and access to the picturesque porch. The second bedroom on this level has two cozy twin beds also with a private bathroom.

Made for days at play, Graybooke boasts a stunning private pool, spacious and stocked game room, and spa-like outdoor shower. Stay close to home or venture to nearby Sullivan’s Island and/or the Old Village in Mount Pleasant. You can also enjoy visiting Wild Dunes resort for golf, tennis, restaurants, spa and more.

As a guest you will have close access to the Links and Harbor Courses within Wild Dunes, The Sand and Sea Spa & various dining options within the Wild Dunes community located just 2 miles away. If you are looking to soak in the history and charm of the area head into Charleston, just a 25-minute drive to world class dining, shopping, and entertainment. On your way take the scenic route through romantic Sullivans Island and stop for some of the locals favorite dining options- then meander through the “Old Village” and enjoy the architecture of Mount Pleasants hidden gem. Our local property management staff will be available to you in the case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable to the area in case you need assistance with amenities, planning and logistics prior to arrival. Housekeeping during your stay is not included, but a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at time of booking. Guests do not have access to resort pools, fitness center or tennis courts.

* Pool heating is $175 per day if requested.(The pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.) *No smoking is allowed inside or on the property. *Parking is limited by town-issued business license to 4 vehicles per day. *We cannot guarantee the functioning or availability of any amenities not described in this listing that may be found in this home such as sound systems, elevators, bicycles, etc.
