The spacious and bright house (120 m2) with 3 bedrooms, 1 fitted kitchen, living room and living room. It has a 100 m2 garden with BBQ, deck chair and hammock. A terrace with a part furnished with garden furniture allows you to enjoy the evenings.
A gym (treadmill, weights bench, carpet, screen) is available and an outdoor jacuzzi on sunny days.
The area is very quiet in a family residence.
2 car parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Access to the house can be done independently via a key box.
Travelers will have independent access to the 7 rooms.
The accommodation is fully equipped a few minutes from the train station and the city center. It is easy to park.
