In the small village of Lozica, near the historic city of Dubrovnik, you will find this beautiful vacation home which is ideal for a vacation stay. It is located directly on the sea and offers a breathtaking view of the crystal clear water, which invites you to swim. The main entrance of the cottage is on the first floor to which an external staircase leads. The interior extends over two floors connected by an interior staircase. The historic city of Dubrovnik provides entertainment during the summer months with numerous events and is definitely worth a visit.

The location is wonderful! No need to search for beach space and a short and affordable Uber ride to Old Town Dubrovnik. There are two small towns nearby with restaurants and small grocery stores. Beautiful property!

Enjoyed Our Stay!

My husband, sister and brother-in-law and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. Josip, met us at the property and toured us through the home explaining how everything worked. The home is exactly as pictured. There are a lot of steps, so might not be the best choice if steps are an issue. We utilized the washing machine (located in the garage) and hung our clothes out to dry with the clothes line and clips provided. We did not cook much, so can’t really assess the kitchen contents except to say they really need to provide a larger coffee maker. We absolutely loved the location of this property and really enjoyed watching the boats, including some cruise ships, go by. We would have liked to utilize the water access for swimming, however, the weather (strong winds and a little rain) did not lend to its use.
