A breezy beach-cation awaits at this marvelous and well-located, dog-friendly home! North Fork Waterfront Gem truly lives up to its name–it's located on the beachfront, offering jaw-dropping views of the ocean and it's a gem of a home.
Spend memorable times relaxing in the living room, which boasts an inviting sofa/sofabed, an armchair, a rocking chair, and a flatscreen TV with streaming services. There's an ocean-facing desk, the perfect spot to sit down, reply to some work emails, and still relax. A wood-burning fireplace will keep you all nice and warm during your stay.
If you're visiting during the summer months, be sure to make the most of the oceanfront deck. Grab your favorite book, slip on your sunglasses, and kick back on one of the two cushioned chaise lounges—it’s the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

Back inside, you'll come across a convenient bedroom/studio with a sofa/sofabed, a bookshelf, and another desk with a desk chair. This is a more secluded spot where you can make those important calls or focus on your work. The kitchen offers all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you could need to prepare everything that comes to mind, even that new recipe you've been dying to try. There's a coffee maker that will keep you up no matter all the activities you want to try, a blender that's perfect for fruit smoothies, and a dishwasher that's ready to do the dishes for you. Right off the kitchen is the dining table that seats four and offers delightful yard views.

There is a backyard that offers a nice outdoor space with another deck, only this time it comes equipped with a convenient picnic table and an outdoor shower! You can easily rinse off the sand after your daily walk on the beach. The main bedroom has a flatscreen TV with streaming services and an ensuite full bathroom with dual sinks. The guest bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.

You'll enjoy the convenience of having your own steps down to a private beach off the back of the home. East Marion is just one and a half miles from your doorstep. It's widely known for being a popular spot for harvesting oysters—be sure to stop at one of the iconic roadside oyster stands to purchase your own, or choose from dozens of nearby restaurants specializing in seafood. Golfers will have Island's End Golf & Country Club less than one mile away. Try delicious dining options at the nearby Greenport (two and a half miles), or stock up on groceries if you'd like to make good use of your kitchen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
