Stunning home in Rovinj with WiFi

This beautiful holiday home is located in the old town of Rovinj, in the beautiful street Grisia, which leads up to the church of St. Euphemia. The house is furnished with a mixture of rustic and modern furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful details add to the cosiness factor that prevails here. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the small, walled garden. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach or the town centre. Numerous events are organised here during the summer. There are numerous small restaurants and cafés in the old town centre, and you might be able to pick up a bargain in one of the galleries or souvenir shops. From the church tower of St. Euphemia you have a beautiful view of the town, the sea and the neighbouring islands of Sv. Katarina and Crveni Otok, the red island. Nearby car park for a fee only.

Perfect Home to Explore Rovinj

Davos’s home is located just steps from Saint Euphemia. Restaurants, galleries, cafés and swimming opportunities are all within a very short walk. This location was a great spot for our family to explore Rovinj!

Optimale Lage im Zentrum von der malerischen und an Attraktion reichen Stadt Rovinj.

Optimale Lage im Zentrum von der malerischen und an Attraktion reichen Stadt Rovinj. Trotzdem ist man im Haus ungestört und hört im Garten nur im Hintergrund die Leisen Klänge von den guten Straßenmusikern, die in der Nähe der Kirche aktiv sind. Zum Baden am Felsenstrand sind es nur zwei Minuten Fußweg. Die An- und Abreise mit Gepäck wurde für uns mit einem Golfcaddy organisiert. Das ist sinnvoll, wenn man das Gepäck nicht selbst durch die kopfsteinbepflasserte und treppenreiche Innenstadt befördern möchte. Für uns war es ein erlebnisreicher und entspannender Familienurlaub.

Mittendrin und direkt am Meer

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großzügiger Terrasse - mittendrin in der Altstadt von Rovinj und der Hausstrand (Felsen mit Geländer ins Wasser) ist um die Ecke. Komfortable Strände auf den vorgelagerten Inseln sind bequem mit der Fähre zu erreichen. Achtung: Alle Einkäufe müssen zu Fuß hochgebracht werden - kein Autoverkehr!
