Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung in ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Viele Dinge sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Centrum von Rovinj und Strand ca. 15 Minuten, zum nahegelegenen Wald keine 10 Minuten. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Herrlich auch die Dachterrasse mit zwei mit 2 Sonnenliegen. Die Terrasse zum Garten ist überdacht und mit einem großen Esstisch versehen. Die Stufen der Treppe von der Terrasse zum Garten sind ziemlich hoch, zum Hauseingang jedoch deutlicher niedriger und mit einem Geländer. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
