Spacious 4,200+ sq ft lake home located on large private lot(nearly 2 acres) with 270 feet of shallow rock lined beach with a hard sandy bottom . (no pets allowed on the grounds) This home has 4 bedrooms with 1 king, 4 queen and 3 single beds, and 3 full bathrooms, 2 stone fireplaces, 2 refrigerators, a large living room, game room, kitchen and washer/dryer on the main level. Dining table that seats 9-10. There is another finished area in the basement with TV.
Minimum age to rent is 35 years old.
Recently remodeled with some modern improvements including new flooring throughout the entire main common area and master bed/bathroom. Enjoy expansive windows, 2022 Marvin slider with screen door in the living room out to the large wrap around deck. In the front yard there is a basketball hoop, tetherball, swing set, and playhouse for children. 4 Stand Up Paddleboards(SUP's) that come with the rental! A 20' Partykraft pontoon boat is available to rent for an additional fee. Sorry, no jet skis may be brought in.

The house is conveniently located 10 miles east of Brainerd and 8 miles west of Garrison and also the famous Lake Mille Lacs walleye factory. The Brainerd Lakes area is also known as Minnesota's resort capital and home to many championship golf courses. Portage Lake is one branch of the Crooked Lake chain with over 900 acres of clear water for boating, swimming and fishing. The property is available year round and is a great place for winter sports. There are many groomed biking, snowmobile, and cross country ski trails close by. Ice fishing is also popular with small villages of ice fishing houses springing up on the lakes when the lakes ice over.

A charcoal grill and a 6 burner propane grill are provided.
