Immodreams - Le Cairn - Avoriaz

Superb view and calm for this large, very well renovated studio on promenade des ardoisières.



This magnificent studio renovated in 2020 is located on the 1st floor of the Sosna 2 residence.

Entrance hall leading to bathroom with shower, washbasin & mirror, washing machine and WC.

Stairs lead down to the living room.

Entering the living room, on the right you'll find a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, combined microwave and small refrigerator.

To the left are 2 large storage cupboards and a dining table with 4 chairs.

On the right is a large double bed.

A small step leads down to the living area, with sofa bed, armchair, TV and coffee table.

Opposite is a west-facing balcony with 2 chairs and a magnificent view of the estate and Morzine valley.



You'll have access to the whole apartment.



We'll be on hand during your stay if you need us.



The Dromonts area is a quiet, historic part of Avoriaz with many chalets. The slopes are easily accessible from the apartment. A public elevator makes it easy to get back to the apartment after the day's skiing without having to push!



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, so once you've parked your car you can take a snowcat to the apartment. You'll need to pay around €13 for a ride (bring cash) for the whole family.

Great communication - very smooth check-in and out.Great location.Apartment itself is very compact and equipment is basic at best (limited cutlery, no scissors, etc) but overall fit for purpose.Location is quiet but walls are thin and several noisy neighbours. However, I would stay again and recommend to friends to stay so long as they knew what they were getting for their money.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est petit mais vraiment bien décoré et agréable. C'est la première fois que nous avons mangé tous les soirs à l'appart parce qu'il était convivial. Nous avions même une crêpière ainsi qu'une fondue à fromage à notre disposition.
