Excellent emplacement avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge. Proche de tous les commerces mais pas au dessus des bars et restaurants pour le soir.Entrée Nord de la résidence à l’angle entre la route des crozats et la promenade du festival, et l’entrée central donnant au milieu de la promenade accessible par l’intérieur du bâtiment.Quelques petits détails qui vont être corriger dans le futur au niveau de la salle de bain ou de la cuisine mais très bon séjour dans l’ensemble !
