Two bedroom, one bath rustic cottage with a sandy beach as well as a dock for sunning and crabbing. Open concept living and kitchen area with flat screen TV. Enjoy the open water views and evening breezes from the swing in the large screened porch. The large flat yard is perfect for horse shoes, croquet or other lawn games. It is a quick 5 minute ride to the quaint town of Deltaville where you can enjoy restaurants and shops.

Wonderful private beach

Spacious enough for a family, absolutely love the private beach! Grocery store conveniently located and so many choices for eating out if you don’t want to cook. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property

Rustic River cottage

The cottage is in a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. The beach access and dock were a large hit for my family. However, I should of read the amenities closer the Cabin does not have AC. On arrival it was very hot due to being closed up once windows and fans were on it did cool down some. My main suggestion would be prior to arrival of guests having some of the windows open to help the house from being overwhelmingly hot. Overall it was a nice unplugged get away for the family.
