Terrific house in Southgate

We really enjoyed our stay, this house is very comfortable, with a nice screen porch and backyard, in a great neighborhood that is close to everything, and only 15 min to watch the sunset on Siesta Key Beach! And Danelle is a wonderful host!

The house is so nice I extended my stay

Danelle is one of the best hosts I have encountered on VRBO. The home is very clean and well stocked. It's close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. The backyard is fenced in so it's perfect my pups and me. I will stay here again.

Wonderful!

The house was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Location was perfect, convenient to downtown and the beach, and within walking distance to shopping (where I became addicted to chocolate croisants at the French bakery :). I would definitely stay there again.

The pictures of the property are exactly what the home looks like. The screened in patio was delightful! We also really enjoyed the front porch swing and the backyard. All of us enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and Danelle was great to work with. Would definitely recommend this home

Perfect location to access Siesta Key beaches

Very happy with this property! A big plus was that it is almost a straight shot out to SK on Siesta Drive---in a matter of minutes! The house was super clean, all the appliances worked flawlessly and were new, the neighborhood was very quiet and pride of ownership was very evident. Danelle is an exemplary host and very attentive. All matter of stores and services are literally a few minutes drive, but you are insulated from any noise or traffic by virtue of the neighborhood--the best of both worlds. You will not be disappointed in choosing this house as your vacation destination!

Fell in love with the floors and had to restore them back to their original beauty. Terrazzo us one of the most beautiful stone floors and hard to come by- so when I find a home that needs them brought back to the luster they deserve it is hard to say no. Also LOVE the built in's that you just don't find in new homes.
