Completely renovated, in a functional and modern style, we offer our apartment, facing south and equidistant from the Old Port of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge.
The 51 m² apartment has:
2 independent bedrooms: one with a large double bed and a storage cupboard and one with 2 twin beds a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle) a main room, pleasant and bright a bathroom equipped with a modern shower a separate WC a flat-screen TV with DVD player and a free Internet connection (WIFI) for your moments of relaxation electric roller shutters Bed linen and towels are provided for 4 people (package of 29 €)

The historic heart of La Rochelle (Town Hall) is 2.5 km, or about twenty minutes on foot (more or less depending on whether you are more tongue or basketball 😉

TRANSPORT:
A bus stop is 200 meters from the apartment and connects the main sites of the La Rochelle agglomeration. It is also possible to go to the Ile de Ré by bus.
