Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass a wine from the magnificent unobstructed balcony views of the ocean and watch breathtaking beach sunrises and gorgeous inter coastal sunsets. If lucky, you may spot pods of dolphins swimming and sea turtles laying eggs on the beach from the balcony. Secure entry and gated parking lot. Our unit is newly renovated with LVT flooring primary and guest bathrooms, G.E Cafe appliances, 55inch T.V., in living room, 47inch T.V. in guest bedroom and 43 inch in PBR, secure wi-fi. Furnished with linens, towels, utensils. Pots and pans, dishes, ironing board, iron, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella. All you have to do is bring yourself and swimsuits,
