Newly redone ...... you will enjoy this beautiful, private, highly desirable first floor unit overlooking a lake. Relax to the sounds of the birds and ocean breezes through the palm trees, take short walks to the beach and other activities available are golf, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet ski rental, bicycling, and experiencing the great beachfront and marina-front restaurants close by! You will feel like you have gone to a private island in the tropics but this island is just a bridge away from the charming historical town of Stuart with restaurants, shopping and even fast food! This vacation home accommodates 5 people with a king size bed in the main bedroom and twin beds with a trundle pull out in the second bedroom. There is every desired amenity......lakefront heated pool only for residents/guests of Inlet Village, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining table, cable TV , free wifi, private assigned parking, microwave, first quality linens and towels.
The golf course at Indian River Ocean Club is known to be one of the most fun courses in Florida!
Guest membership in the Marriott Beach and Golf Club is included with the rental. . Located lake front as well as being on the first hole of the Marriott Ocean Club golf course, you can sit on the private screened lanai and watch the golfers as well as the snook and mullet jumping in the lake. The Marriott tiki bar on the beach is great for a snack or an afternoon cocktail. . This area is known as the 'sailfish capital of the world' and the onsite marina has several offshore charter boats available for hire as well as a water-sports facility complete with wave-runner stand up paddle boards and boat rentals. You can also enjoy the amenities of the Marriott's Baha grill for a lunch by the pool or take a short trip to quaint downtown Stuart and discover the many waterfront restaurants with excellent cuisine and wonderful shops for browsing.

Golf and water view

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the golf course and pond. Nice linens and everything you would need in the kitchen. Very close to shopping, beach, and restaurants.

The Great Escape

What a wonderful experience! It was a great escape from the New England weather. The accommodations were so comfortable. I felt like i was coming home. The view of the golf course in the morning while ducks float by was so relaxing. And the sunset in the evening was priceless. I hope to return again someday to this little piece of heaven.

The lake, the golf course, the beach are all right outside your door at this modern, convenient, well-equipped property. Owner is very responsive to questions and we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay

We loved the location which is on the golf course and within minutes to the beach. Anything you may need whether it is the grocery store, pharmacy, gas station is nearby. The building, grounds and the unit were well taken care of. We didn't have any problems while staying for two months. I would recommend staying to anyone wanting a nice stay in clean and quiet area of Florida.

Wonderful Beach Experience

The condo and location exceeded my expectations. Kathy was very communicative. The condo was well furnished and had everything I needed to be comfortable. The kitchen and accessories were perfect for cooking, and the washer and dryer were such a bonus. I didn't go home with dirty clothes. I loved listening to the ocean breeze when I opened the patio door. The pools and amenities were fantastic and I enjoyed them daily. This was the best beach vacation I've had in a long time. It was the perfect place to regroup after a long year in a pandemic.

Inlet Winter Hiatus

Our condo was very comfortable and clean and newly furnished. Our host was easily reached and addressed and solved any problems we may have had. Loved the keyless entry. Ocean club was a plus. Would definitely return.

Beach Resort

This property is all good all around. The porch overlooks the pond and golf course. Beautiful grounds. The inside was recently upgraded with new furniture, new appliances and new counter tops. The kitchen was mostly stocked with things we needed. The golf club amenities were a plus. Beaches are in walking distance. We would have liked a second TV because we don't often watch the same things. Katherine instantly replied to all our of questions and needs. Had a great time!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our unit, it was well stocked with anything we needed in the kitchen and the furnishings were very comfortable. Perfect cozy location!!

The owner of this condo was a pleasure to work with in booking this condo. The location was perfect, safe and very quiet. Very safe for early morning or evening walks. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Very clean. Everything you will need for a relaxing vacation on beautiful Hutchinson Island. We look forward to going back again next year.
