Beckenham 109 is a charming end-unit villa in Port Royal Village with a lovely view of the 9th hole of the Barony Golf Course. It is bright and light with beachy coastal decor and new wood flooring. The living room is well furnished and has a TV, ample seating, and a queen sleeper sofa. There are several chairs for lounging and a table and chairs on the patio. The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare daily meals. The dining area has a table with seating for guests and there is a breakfast bar with stools if more spots are needed.

The main bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, access to the covered balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and a recently renovated private bath that features a granite vanity top and a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, access to the covered balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The villa also has free WiFi and a stackable washer and dryer.

Keyless entry makes check-in and check-out a breeze! A short walk to the community pool and the villa is located just minutes from the Westin hotel and you'll be a five-minute walk from the beach. On the beach, you can rent chairs and an umbrella from the lifeguards. This is a perfect location for the perfect vacation!

The unheated community pool is open from April until October. However, the pool deck is open year-round for sunbathing.

We have stayed in many VRBO's and have never seen anything like this. I have never written a bad review either. It was just filthy. I reached out to Vacasa management and sent pics. They responded hours later that someone would come by to "correct the errors". That never happened and they never followed up at all. Just gross. In addition to being dirty, the hot water in the primary bath did not work. We pulled in on our first night there and all the parking spots in front of our unit were taken up after the description clearly states there are 2 parking spots. Overall not a good experience.

Comfortable condo. Clean and neat. Beds are very firm. Gets a lot of noise from upstairs. WIFI is a a little slow. Easy check-in and check-out

Bright, clean love the warm beach decor. Location near everything. Quiet area, with a great private back deck that overlooks a lagoon and golf course. 5 min walk to beach, with right of way!

Agradável e Aconchegante .

Eu gostei desta casa , fiquei 35 noites hospedada e voltaria. A casa fica em um local tranquilo e muito bonito, os quartos são grandes, roupas de camas e toalhas macias e limpas. A vista do campo de Golf é muito bonita. Não da para passar muito tempo na sacada porque tem muito pernilongos. A noite, os sapos cantam muito alto, e faz parte da natureza. As vezes incomoda. Foi muito bom, ter máquina de lavar e secar roupas . O acesso a praia é de 10 minutos caminhando. A piscina é boa, e não bate sol o dia todo. Os móveis da cozinha precisam ser trocados e a faxineira precisa limpar as sacada, pois faz parte da casa.
