Entrance, kitchen - living room - living room, bathroom with WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x190 cm + 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm). Tumble dryer shared with the owner. Sheets and towels included. Unlocked bicycle room. Old school renovated by the owners. Warm and cozy interior. Very quiet hamlet benefiting from a privileged location at the start of various hiking trails. Outdoor space with garden furniture and south-facing corner. Panoramic view of the 2000 of the Massif des Bauges. Gîte located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. A privileged location between lake and mountain, halfway between the beaches of Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy (35 km).
