Located in Historic downtown Mystic, 10 Bank Street is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 king one queen , 3 full bath home with 3 showers and sleeps 8 people. This newly renovated home is just steps to downtown Mystic. Downtown Mystic has an abundance of unique shops and dining experiences. Located near the historic seaport, aquarium, mystic village, beach, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos. It includes central air, 3 cable tv's with wi-fi and internet, washer, dryer, coffee bar and Alexa. The first floor has a beautifully renovated kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a chef's induction range, quartz counter tops and a large stainless chef's sink. The kitchen opens into a beautiful dining room with a large farm table. Access from dining room through French doors leads to a large beautifully raised deck with Mystic River and downtown views, large seating areas with a barbeque grill for alfresco dining. The living room is comfortable with professionally decorated furnishings and a large flat screen tv. The family room is a bright sanctuary to read and relax and also includes a 6 inch luxury Tempur-pedic pull out bed with a full bathroom adjacent. The second floor consists of three bedrooms with two full shower baths. The master bedroom is large with a plush California king bed and a window seat to overlook the Mystic River and downtown. The second large bedroom includes another plush California king and flat screen tv. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen tv and more beautiful view of the Mystic River and downtown. A brand new washer and dryer are located on the second floor with convenient access from all 3 bedrooms. The backyard has beautiful park like grounds with two tranquil water garden and lower level granite patio adjacent to the water gardens for another spot to relax or dine with adirondack chairs, which is a perfect way to end the evening or you can rest in the stand alone hammock. Fabulous Home in Great Location

We spent 5 days in Mystic and I can't say enough nice things about this property. The location is perfect, just steps from downtown. The home is so beautifully appointed and maintained, and it was spotless. 10 of 10 on cleanliness. There is such attention to detail in everything. The kitchen is very well appointed and the large porch is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. Bill did a wonderful job with check-in and stayed in touch to be sure we did not need anything during our stay. We most definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Mystic - enjoy!!

Excellent Stay in Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at Bill's home in Mystic. The home was impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It is perfect for 2 adult couples and an additional friend or children. Only a few steps from town, we were in the center of it all, but still on a quiet street. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the outdoor deck. We will absolutely be renting this home again.

Perfect House in Mystic

The house was perfect! Clean, well decorated, and convenient to walk to town. We loved the deck and yard. Owners met us when we arrived and showed us around. Great communication.

Wedding weekend

We rented from Kim and Bill for our daughter’s wedding weekend. We had family and friends stay with us. It was perfect. Beautiful decor , comfortable and sparkling clean. Perfect walking distance to town. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great stay in Mystic!

This was our second time staying that this beautiful house and property with our family. Kids and adults loved spending time on the back porch, even if it was raining outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking if you chose to. Bedrooms comfortable! No complaints, just compliments -- we hope to stay again in the Fall. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. This house is a very short walk to everything in downtown Mystic and a short drive to other fun locations in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Thanks for making our 5 day stay so perfect!

February Break Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Not only was the location perfect but the house itself provided exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked and I didn't feel like I should have brought anything. The off-street parking was very convenient. Checking out was so easy which helped out and I didn't feel like I was forgetting a step or that the list was too long. Communication with Bill was great and he ensured we were comfortable during our stay. The kids are already talking about going back next year!

Beautiful memories made in Mystic

We traveled from Southern CA to Mystic, CT. Our family went to celebrate our daughter’s 29th birthday in Mystic in this beautiful home. The home is as shown in the photos, very clean and well stocked. The owners were kind and generous welcoming us into their home. The home is close to the local dining and shopping. Of course we dined at the famous Mystic Pizza that we have wanted to visit since we saw the movie in 1988. It did not disappoint, the pizza was delectable. The little town is so quaint and beautiful. On the night of our daughter’s birthday the town had held their annual event called the Town Stroll. I have to say it was magical,, it was as though we were walking in a hallmark Christmas movie. There were carolers singing festive Christmas music, the shops were giving out cocoa, cider, and treats while you shopped. We purchased a tasty cake and goodies from Lis Bake Shop, they were so delicious! We dined at various restaurants during our stay. Breakfast at Rise, lunch at the Engine Room, dinners at the Mariners, Milestones and more. All outstanding service and food. We visited the aquarium, enjoyed Mystic Seaport Museum and walked through Olde Mistick Shoppes. We were treated to many memories we will cherish in Mystic, CT. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return for another visit.

Loved our stay!

We had four adults and two children under 3 on this vacation and the house was incredibly comfortable for all of us. The covered back porch was the favorite spot for morning coffee and relaxing after an adventuring day in Mystic. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and it was nice to meet them at check-in. We look forward to staying at this beautiful house again and again.

Fabulous Ladies Weekend!

We had a great weekend in Mystic. House was just as pictured. Beautiful and spotless. Hosts met us at check in and gave us the tour. Spent most of our time on the back patio which overlooked the town. The location was perfect so close to town and all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely be coming to stay again. We laughed and relaxed all weekend. Thank you for a great girls weekend.

Perfect!

While on an annual Sister Trip, I and my five sisters had the pleasure of staying at Bill and Kim’s property in Mystic CT. Bill asked that we text him when we were half an hour out, and as promised, he and Kim met us at the house. After a brief but thorough tour, they answered any questions we had then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. The house was immaculate and no amenities were spared, from an ironing board and Pack-n-Play to two bottles of wine and coffee in the kitchen. Linens were clean and crisp, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless, and the deck (which could comfortably seat 10-12 people) was awesome! We enjoyed the afternoon outside, under the cover of the awning, enjoying the lofty view of the town below. Everything is within walking distance so once we parked the cars, there was no need to move them again. I can’t say enough about the house, and about Bill and Kim as hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everyone agreed that we would not hesitate to stay there again. Why take a chance on another property when we already know for sure that this place has it all? Many thanks to Bill and Kim for making our trip so memorable.

Perfect Pick

My husband & I rented this house for ourselves, three adult children and our 2 year old grandson for 4 nights, while we were in town for a family wedding. The photos and description online looked great but sometimes can be deceiving… not in this case! It was what we were hoping for and more! The house was very clean and really well appointed. There are plenty of places to “hangout” and relax, including the wonderful, covered deck, overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard. The weather was very humid while during our stay, however the A/C kept the climate in the house very comfortable. The walk into the middle of downtown was not even 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this lovely home away from home!

What a beautiful, immaculate and well-appointed house. So close to town with all the restaurants and shops. The owners met us at check in and could not have been more helpful, the house was perfect, and you can tell the owners take great pride in it. Best house I have ever had the pleasure of renting.

Perfection is an understatement!

Everything about this place was perfect. Location was amazing, just a stroll to the downtown and a short drive to other attractions. The rental itself was in pristine condition with a beautiful view from the back porch! Everything we needed for the week was right there, and then some! The owners were wonderful in showing us everything in the house; they even left us wine and beautiful flowers! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to have a worry free vacation!

Mystic Family Reunion

The location of this property couldn't be more perfect if you want to be within walking distance of downtown Mystic. Everything was spotless and the covered porch was awesome for eating and relaxing with enough seating for a large group. The host was responsive when we couldn't figure out the stove and was able to talk us through it over the phone. The stairs are a little steep and there is a hill to get to the downtown, so just something to be aware of if you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues.

Wonderful home

In my seven years of using Vrbo, this has been the best home we’ve stayed at. It was immaculate. Everything was so clean, the owners kept a well stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The Kuerig had a wonderful supply of various teas and coffees, both decaf and regular. They gifted us two bottles of wine upon arrival. They had more than enough towels and paper goods for our family of six. The beds were luxurious and high end. Even the pull out couch had a tempurpedic mattress. The house was steps away from the Main Street cute tourist shops, eateries, bakeries etc. It couldn’t have been a more perfect location. Do not think twice about renting from Bill and Kim. This was most definitely a 10/10 vacation getaway. Not one thing to suggest making it better. It was perfection. Thank you Bill and Kim

Perfect place for a family stay in Mystic CT

This was a beautiful place to stay that fits our needs perfectly for attending a family wedding and entertaining other guests. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts greeted us and provided a thorough tour even with our late arrival. We appreciated the well appointed coffee station, the many towels, and beach towels. And the newer appliances. The covered deck was wonderful to sit out on and overlook downtown mystic and hear the birds and other sounds from the town. We really enjoyed our stay.
