This villa is situated in the heart of El Duque area, in very quiet surroundings, but very close to all amenities, stores and restaurants. The best beach of Tenerife is just 3 min walking.

This villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, living rooms and kitchen, is suitable for up to 10 adults and 2 children. Villa has a private pool, garden and 3 huge terraces with lounge areas.

Very modern villa which was built from the best materials and up to the highest standards. It has all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable.

You will enjoy your vacation!

Main floor comprises a large spacious living room with comfortable settees and TV, fully equipped open type kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There are also 2 terraces – big main terrace features outside large dining table with 10 chairs, heated swimming pool and sun deck with 6 sun loungers. Back terrace with cozy coffee table.
The top floor consists of master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and huge sun terrace with great ocean views.
On the ground floor there is another living room with sitting area and TV, play area with tennis table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are also utility room, laundry room and private garage for 2 cars.
We provide our guests with towels, bed linen and beach towels.
There is an independent AC system in each bedroom, living room, kitchen and common areas of the villa.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi on every floor and outdoors.

Beautiful villa

Clean, great location, safe, lots of space, we would definitely stay here again. The pool was tended to twice that we seen whilst staying, the villa was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, lots to do in the surrounding areas.

Fantastic Stay

Just back from this Villa with a party of 8 people. The villa was immaculate and plenty of space for a large group. Location was perfect and villa had everything you can think of to have a fantastic holiday. From booking until home time everything was first class and would not hesitate to book this villa again 5 stars.

Excellent villa vacation

Had a great stay in villa 37. Location perfect, walking distance to all we needed (shops, bars & some great restaurants). Could not fault the accommodation in anyway. Would definitely recommend. Daria was very helpful, and arranged for us to leave luggage as we had a later flight.

Fantastic villa

We stayed in this villa for 10 days as a family of 7 adults a 2 year old and a 1 year old. The villa is spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Everyday we had breakfast on the front terrace, then spent the day around the pool and before going out in the evening we would gather on the top terrace for drinks in the sunset. There are supermarkets within a 5 minute walk,

Great spot and lovely villa

The villa is in an ideal location, the bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds. Pool is fab although steps are a bit dodgy. Listing was wrong saying a futon/sofa bed was provided which it wasn’t meaning had to sleep in same bed as my four year old though. Ample kitchen facilities and towels provided. All in all an amazing stay and the location and weather made it! Would definitely go again

Lux Villa 37 - amazing villa

We spent such a long time searching for the right villa in the right location for a two week family holiday - and we were so glad as we found the perfect place. This villa is superbly located in a quiet neighbourhood but within 10mins walking distance of two great beaches and lots of places to eat and drink - to suit all budgets. The villa is very well equipped, very spacious and has a great pool and outdoor area. The garage is plenty big enough for two cars and all the bedrooms are a good size. There is only on en-suite, but the others are serviced by good sized bathrooms. Daria was a great host - great communication before and during our stay. We couldn’t have picked a better place or host. Highly recommended.

Tremendous location, good property amenities

Villas are often located on the edge of towns and transport is required to the centre. This property is brilliantly located in the centre of Del Duque which is the nicest area of Adeje, a real prize. Excellent size pool and patio area, with alternative spacious seated areas all around the property including the balcony. We were very happy with the property. One minor issue was the water pressure to the showers on the top floor, if water was being used on the lower floors the top floor shower wasn’t great, but a manageable issue when considering all the positives of the property. The property is accessed via a rear private road, and sits a little back from main road properties and this provides a little more privacy and silence. We’ll certainly visit here again

Relaxing family break in perfect location

Visited Adeje many times in numerous properties but location wise this villa was by far the best, so peaceful and relaxing yet with everything almost immediately available on the doorstep. Villa amenities were exactly as described to be fair, my only criticism which has been mentioned by others previously, is that the property is looking a bit tired and could do with a freshen up - particularly the not so much the sliding but the physically dragging patio doors and those unsightly additional sliding bolt locks !! Otherwise, great pool 6m x 3m and a very enjoyable stay with perfect communication from the property manager Daria. PS maybe a bit of guidance needed re the remote controls and accessing channels etc

A great villa in good location

A lovely, spacious villa in a good location. Clean and well equipped. Good size pool and lots of outdoor space. There were a few little niggles, totally fixable, but hence the 4 stars. Key wasn’t there on arrival. Daria quickly fixed but frustrating after a long flight with two kids. Electricity kept shorting out. Daria was very responsive and quickly sent electricians to deal with it but I’m not sure they knew how to fix it. Also, just to let people know as I’m not sure I was aware (but might have missed it on the listing), one of the lower ground bedrooms does not have windows.

Great stay in a great location

Our group had a wonderful stay at this property. The place is exactly as described, and the property manager, Daria, is very proactive with communication. The home is within walking distance to 2 beaches, a Siam Park free shuttle stop, and tons of bars and restaurants. There is also a nearby grocery store, and the home has enough basic cooking equipment to make meals at home. There are also enough dishes to comfortably feed 7-10 people. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and ample outdoor space. The only “hiccough” during our stay was that the stovetop was broken when we first arrived, unbeknownst to us. Daria was only able to give me a ~30 minute heads up that someone was coming to fix it. Unfortunately, this meant we had very loud drilling noises in the main living area from 8:30-10pm our first night there, but luckily there were no other issues and we were able to use the stovetop for the duration of our stay. Daria also explained the following morning that it was difficult to get someone in to fix it, and she wanted us to be able to have breakfast. Another note is that all communication beyond the reservation occurs via email/whatsapp, not via the VRBO app. Overall, I was very impressed with the property and management, and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Tenerife.

Ideale ligging: een luxe winkelcentrum om de hoek,3 supermarkten binnen 500 mtr.., strand met wandelpromenade ook binnen 500 mtr.Het huis is erg ruim en licht.De kinderen hebben in februari tot 19.00 in het verwarmde zwembad kunnen spelen.Enkele technische onderdelen hebben aandacht nodig, (bekend bij de eigenaar)

Weekje met kinderen en kleinkinderen

Prettig verblijf in prachtige schone woning die helaas enkele mankementen vertoonde. Vaatwasser: reinigingstablet houder ging niet open ook niet na controle door onderhoudsman. Probleem met schuifdeur opgelost tijdens verblijf. sommige wastafels en douches hebben erg weinig waterdruk. Het duurt even voordat er warm water komt. Wij hebben geen internet gebruikt maar de laatste dag kwam mijn zoon erachter dat wifi niet werkte. Ondanks deze mankementen hebben wij een heerlijke week gehad. De communicatie met Daria was top zei regelde gelijk een onderhoudsman voor vaatwasser en schuifdeur.

Schönes Haus in Top Lage mit kleinen Einschränkenden

Check in und Kommunikation mit Daria war hervorragend. Reibungslose Abwicklung. Sehr schöne Tage verlebt in bevorzugter Lage. Zum Strand wenige Minuten, einkaufen mit Auto kein Problem. Zum Haus.: Kleine Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit. Fuẞböden und Bäder klebrig und Haare in den Ecken. Fehlendes Besteck bei 8 Urlaubern nicht ganz so schlimm. Hauptkritikpunkt waren die Duschen und fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Bädern. Kleiderhaken und Papierrollenhalter wären wünschenswert. Ganz klar ist, wer zuerst duscht hat warmes Wasser. Im Obergeschoss kam letztendlich gar kein Wasser mehr raus. Da Bedarf es Absprache 😉. Der Pool war am Ankunftstag auch durch Laub usw. Ziemlich verunreinigt. Lag aber am Wind. Das haben wir schnell selbst erledigt. Garage für 2 Autos ausgelegt, passt. Die Zimmer im Untergeschoss, eines ohne Fenster liegen direkt neben dem Wartungsraum wo die poolpumpe und Toilettenspülung installiert sind und somit recht laut. Fazit. Im großen und Ganzen haben wir unseren Urlaub im Haus sehr genossen. Dankeschön nochmals an Daria, die sich große Mühe gegeben hat. Kleine

Great potential but badly managed

We were really looking forward to our stay but shortly after arrival we noticed the villa was really damp and the electricity kept tripping - there had clearly been a leak / flood which had been hastily repaired in the hope we would not notice! Surely the agent should have told us about this and advised us to contact them if things got worse, which they did! When we contacted the agent she sent someone to scrape the flakes off the kitchen ceiling as they we dropping in our food, but as far as we know she did nothing about the electrics. When I tried to gete clarification about the return taxi pick up she ignored some of my requests completely and when I spoke to her direct she raised her voice and accused me of asking the same question for 6 days and stated she had answered - I walked away saying she was talking rubbish. She also ignored my request to provide details of someone to complain to re the pool heating charge, as the pre-information arrival info clearly states the pool heating is included from 1/10/22, and we had been charged for this part of our stay. She is really unprofessional. There were also issues with the pool steps being unsafe - which she said she would send someone but they never got fixed or even improved. Tiles were falling off the inside of the pool. There was no printed manual in the villa when it said there would be. Very disappointing but the friends we were with made our holiday despite the poor villa and villa management.

Lovely villa in very central location with restaurants and bars all close by.

The villa is spread over 3 floors with plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. The outside space is lovely with the pool which we had heated so our small grandson could enjoy splashing about. Would highly recommended staying here. Daria was lovely and available to answer any questions.

Family holiday

Fantastic family holiday. 4 generations stayed in the villa, which accommodated everyone's needs. Just a short walk to the beach, fantastic places to eat, and some really nice shops. Would highly recommend.
