Welcome to Brittany!<br><br>If you want to get together with family or friends, have a good time in a bucolic setting while enjoying activities on site and beautiful walks in the area, you are looking for peace and quiet, come to Bois Quelen!<br><br>Located in the heart of the Morbihan countryside near the forest of Brocéliande.<br>This old Breton barn has been completely refurbished and includes a large living room of 60 square metres with open kitchen, opening onto a terrace with views of the countryside. Upstairs a bathroom and 4 bedrooms including a master suite.<br><br>Outside you can enjoy a heated swimming pool facing south without vis-à-vis, a tennis court, football, table tennis, barbecue, children's playground... all in a quiet and bucolic setting.<br><br>Located near the Nantes-Brest canal, you can explore the surrounding towns and villages, on foot or by bike, this region offers beautiful walks. Also ideal for discovering Brocéliande with its walks, myths and legends!<br><br>Destination less than 30 minutes away: Josselin, Malestroit, Rochefort en terre, la Gacilly, Vannes, Paimpont, Ploermel<br><br>At 1 hour/1 hour 30 minutes: Guérande, Saint Malo, Quimper, Le Croisic<br><br><br>To prepare your stay with us:<br>BEDDING: For each bed you have a duvet and pillow. Please bring fitted sheets and pillowcases even if you use duvets.<br>SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is heated and accessible from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm for the tranquility of all. Accessible from April to October<br>TENNIS: bring racket and balls<br>BARBECUE: Provide charcoal.<br><br>People from outside the gîte cannot come to the site (except as seen beforehand).<br><br>Please do not use large speakers and bass for the respect of the neighbors and other tenants. We do everything to make everyone's stay as pleasant as possible!<br><br>Dogs are not allowed
