This lovely semi-detached house is located on the 1st floor of a country house and offers a lovely terrace with sea view, where you can enjoy the fresh air from early morning until late evening. On the first floor is the vacation accommodation ITK110 and in the immediate vicinity is the former barn ITK126. Common, large garden. The beach promenade attracts with pubs and beach baths. Not far away you will also find beautiful white beaches, which are in no way inferior to the Caribbean Sea! In the nearest town, Rosignano Solvay, there is a weekly market on Monday morning. The art city of Pisa is about 25 km away (airport). The town of Castiglioncello, with its open-air summer cinema and various markets, is 5 km away. Livorno (25 Km) and Piombino (40 Km, ferry connection to the island of Elba) are also easily accessible via the state road Variante Aurelia (2 Km). The beautiful Etruscan city of Volterra is less than an hour away and can be reached via beautiful hilly countryside. Arrival exclusively between 16 -20 o'clock.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Wir waren im September in der oberen Wohnung, Stühle auf der Terrasse ungemütlich, kein ausreichender Sonnenschutz, sodass tagsüber wenn die Sonne scheint die Terrasse nicht genutzt werden konnte. Keine schattige Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch im Garten. Matratzen teilweise zu weich oder durchgelegen.

Good location

Good place to stay. We were out most of the day, went back at night. We were surprised of noise from highway. Water pressure in bathrooms was very low but overall we were happy.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach den Erwartungen

Die Wohnung ist gross und geräumig. Hat alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Sehr gemütlich. Das Internet hat gut funktioniert. Mehr als genügend Platz für unsere Familie (5 Personen). Grosser Garten. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Conad (Einkaufen) und zur Bar. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab Olivenöl und Wein vom Grundstück (Kostenpflichtig) und es stand eine grosse Schale mit frischen Früchten zur Begrüssung. Wir haben für den Strom, Wasser und Gas rund 90 Euro zusätzlich bezahlt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine (6Kg). Alle Nahrungsmittel (inkl. Gewürze, Salz) müssen mitgebracht werden, wenn man selber kochen will.
