The house is located in a village in the countryside in Valle di Compito at the foot of hills with woods near Lucca. View of the woods and the countryside of the valley. A secondary road with only moderate traffic runs nearby. The property has a fenced area, a parking lot for cars and an automatic entrance gate. Behind the house there is an outdoor area with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue for outdoor dining; next door, separated by a small private road, a fenced equipped garden (300m2- table, chairs, sun lounger, deckchairs) with trees and lighted pool (8.5x3.5). Outside there is a small outbuilding, a second kitchen, where there is also a pizza oven and the washing machine.
