Located in the heart of the gated Indian Palms Country Club is this beautiful 2500 sq. ft home with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath with a great south facing back yard, where you will receive lots of sun. The backyard looks out onto the green of the par 3 third hole of the Royal golf course and has a fantastic view of the Santa Rosa Mountains. A great pool with a tanning ledge and spa, along with built-in BBQ for outdoor dining experience. The property is within walking/biking distance to the Empire Polo Field and Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. There is one king bed in the master and a queen bed in each of the other bedrooms. An open concept house with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and dining area. You are surrounded by a golf community, take a morning walk to Starbucks, or just stroll the streets

Newly furnished and decorated, this stylish home features a welcoming open floor plan with modern decor.

The main living area has a couch and matching love seat for those evenings when you want to curl up and watch your favorite streaming apps on the large tv.

The well-equipped kitchen comes with everything a chef needs, including a double oven, a large side-by-side fridge with an ice maker.

Guests can enjoy a bite at the kitchen table for four, while a more formal setting in the main dining area offers seating for six.

This home is a short ten minute drive or walking distance to the Empire Polo fields for the festival season. Guests have quick access to championship golf at PGA West, Trilogy, Silver Rock, Mountain View, and numerous public/private courses within a 10-15 minute drive of the home. La Quinta offers visitors a variety of outdoor adventures in all seasons. It is also a perfect place to enjoy the Humana PGA golf tournament, the and the La Quinta Arts Festival. Shopping and dining in Old Town La Quinta is a must. The famous El Paseo drive located in Palm Desert is only 20 minutes away.

For a family-fun activity, drive 30 minutes to spend the day at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. Or pack a picnic and explore the fascinating variety of rock formations and desert landscapes at Joshua Tree National Park -- 45 minutes away.

In my 20 years of using VRBO this ranks in the top 2 of places to stay. The house was immaculate, they had first-rate appliances, and the pool area, along with the pool toys were in top shape. Anything you could want was in the house, clean and ready to use.

Fantastic House for a Weekend Gettaway

My roommates and I came out to this property for a weekend getaway and we had a great time! The house is massive and the backyard area with the pool was so fun! The kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan/appliance you could want and there were even floaties in the garage for us to use. Val (property host) was extremely helpful and communicative during the check-in and check out process. We would definitely come back and are already talking about planning another trip.

Perfect Getaway!

The property looks even better in person than in the pictures! The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was the perfect spot to relax with a few drinks. The kitchen was fully equipped (including spices in the pantry and condiments in the fridge) and was perfect for what we had hoped to do (a group birthday brunch cookout and a big birthday dinner). Val was very helpful and readily available for any questions I had. We had a great time!

We found the property to be well stocked with everything we needed. The owner shared helpful information on how to use the spa, the outdoor heater and the barbeque. The location is very nice with friendly neighbors. The house was clean and had everything we would hope for. We will certainly be back! Thanks again Fred!

Indio getaway

We had a great stay for 5 weeks at Fred’s golf course house. Great location on the 3rd hole so felt like wide open spaces and got to watch the duffers in action during the day . Beautiful and quiet at night with great fire pit and clear skies. Fred was a pleasure to deal with. Pool and spa tin great shape and loads of fun for everyone. Well supplied kitchen tools and appliances were much appreciated. Hope to be back next year!

Siblings golf trip

The property was perfect for our siblings golf trip. Great location to many excellent golf courses. The home was exactly as it looked in the photos - clean, spacious, fresh, well lighted, well appointed. The host responded quickly to any requests or concerns - even acted proactively to a concern he identified regarding the door lock system. The home was stocked with main kitchen stuff as well as with all the little extra things you use everyday; i.e. foil, sugar, catsup, dish soap. Great linen closet. Plenty of patio and pool furniture, umbrellas, etc. I would highly recommend the property and the host.

Weekend in the Desert ❤️

My wife and I moved from the desert 2 years ago and sometimes we need a place in town to visit family & friends, as well as relax and enjoy the desert. The owner is a friend from our fraternity and takes good care of us. The house is stocked with everything one would need and communication is never an issue. It is a very private neighborhood and we appreciate the privacy of the pool. We would stay at this home again, for sure.

Great staycation spot in Indio

We had a great time during our stay at Val’s property. The house was clean and very spacious and both Val and her property manager were very hospitable. The house AC was running throughout our stay and was very comfortable. The private pool and spa were a great amenity and the spa heats up fairly quickly, the only downside was that there apparently is a slight leak so the spa water level dropped significantly but filled back up after an hour or so. There are a few minor updates that need to be made and most were addressed by the property manager during our initial walk through which made us a bit more comfortable with everything. The few minor setbacks - the master bathroom jacuzzi tub never seemed to heat up, the bbq needs to be cleaned a bit more between uses due to oil buildup, and the minor spa issue. Overall a good experience and I would stay in Val’s home again.

Unpleasant Nest Controllers

The stay started out nice. Smooth communication nice house,solid directions. But unfortunately, things changed quickly. Turns out the owner has a nest set up to the house and continuously monitors the air settings. Everytime we would adjust the temperature they would raise it back up. We started to sweat in the house! Since we kept moving the setting, the owner then began to text me telling me not to touch the thermostate. Citing we would freeze the lines and break the air conditioner. I'm no HVAC expert but I'm pretty sure 75 degrees should not break the AC. And if it can, then they shouldn't be renting out the house. All this over a 3 degree difference since they were so set to keep the temp at 78 degrees. The 3 degree difference still blows my mind. I think they were trying to regulate the electricity to up their profit. But there is no way to prove it. They got 2 stars since the rest was fine. So if your ok with someone watching your ac use and literally trying to control your climate have at it. But I wont ever be going back.

Perfect desert getaway

My husband and two close friends booked this property to get away from our apartment for a few days. The property was immaculate, beautiful, and had the most perfect pool area. The salt water pool has a nice lounge section with an umbrella that made the desert heat enjoyable. We essentially sat in that section of the pool during the entire day. The kitchen has all the essentials to cook and serve everything and we were incredibly comfortable the entire stay. We will definitely book this property again if we find ourselves in the area.

Nice mini getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and a quite community. It’s very spacious, the bbq grill and pool are the perfect touch for a getaway. The process was easy and clear. We had no issues and we will definitely stay again in the future.
