About this property

Make our spacious 1500 sq ft condo your home base for exploring the Coachella Valley. We are members of the fitness center, so you have full access to the fitness center, main pool, tennis and pickle ball courts. We have had a great time furnishing, and decorating our condo to get it ready for guests. Our kitchen is well stocked to meet all your cooking needs. It’s our vacation getaway. We love it, and we hope you do too. IMPORTANT NOTES: Due to Homeowner's Association rules, this condo can only be rented for a minimum of 30 nights. The lessee does not need to occupy the property for the full 30 day period, but the term of the agreement must be 30 days. Please email us with any questions you may have. November Getaway

We had a very pleasant stay in Craig and Naomi’s condo on the golf course fairway in Indio. Check in was so well organized. The condo was supplied with all the basic necessities. The condo is spacious, the ensuite luxurious and the gas barbecue was awesome. We appreciated the hosts’ timely response to assist when needed. Thank you, Craig and Naomi.

Home away from home!

Perfect stay!!

We had a wonderful time at Craig and Naomi’s home! Check in was easy and we had all necessary information prior to our arrival. Covered parking was nice to have. Spacious home with well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor sitting area with grill that we utilized each day of our stay. Home was very clean and I am very critical of cleanliness. The linens were nice and plush and the master shower was very refreshing after long days at a music festival. We were able to walk to the festival each day and were thankful for the great AC when we returned! We did not take advantage of the pools, but walked by two of them within maybe a 4 minute walk. We would love to return for another stay in the future.
