Exceptional Haussmanian apartment of 55m2 with a view of the Royal Canal of Sète.<br>In the heart of the city, 2 minutes from the covered market and in the immediate vicinity of the Marine and all the food shops. You will be immersed in the heart of the Venice of Languedoc with its Italian charm.<br>1 bedroom for two<br>1 sofa bed in the living room<br><br>View of the quays and overlooking the rue Mario Roustan for our apartment completely redone in the summer of 2023 with moldings and woodwork.

This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment, right in the heart of Sète, with tasteful decoration and many homely touches.The apartment is up one steep winding flight of narrow stairs, in which the lighting needs improvement for safety. Overall, we had a great stay in Sète. Thank you
